The girls are very nice but they did not speak English you had to translate to an app. She actually pulled them out because I wouldn't get the deep cleaning after we settled on the 150 she tried to get $300 out of a small apartment that I live in. I've had to send photos immediately after cleanings were finished asking why certain areas still look untouched and today was my last straw when my doorbell cover mysteriously broke during a cleaning and was swept into a corner of my house behind a door that the team swears must've happened while they were not here, even though that is impossible. I understand mistakes happen, but this feels like a blatant issue that was intentionally hidden. My point of contact was very rude when I asked about what happened, I also didn't love how it seemed to be different employees coming each cleaning rather than a standard set of employees. If you are looking for a one time deep clean, they may be worth it, but I definitely do not recommend for ongoing cleanings.
