I went in for a manicure and pedicure and asked if they did dipping and they said yes. Great! I wanted the colors to match my feet and hands and they said no problem. So in I go. I got an older Asian man that did not speak English, but no big deal. He starts to pedicure and I say I want my nails cut short. He didn't understand so he ignored me. Then I say it louder and the guy working next to him tells him so he trims 4 nails just barely. Then when he starts buffing my feet with the pumice he rubbed so hard he cut both feet. I say ouch and flinch but he just looks up and smiles. So he keeps going and I asked for the deluxe pedicure for $39 and he barely even does any of the massaging and smears each of the products on and then wipes them off with a towel. That's not what I was paying for, but oh well. Then another guy comes over to work on my hands and when he is taking the old color off and it won't come off, he decides to use the dremmil to get the rest off and burned my nail bed. I flinch and he apologized and keeps on using it. WTF??? Then when he's doing the manicure he files the nail color off in many spots. When it was all done the receptionist asked how was the service today? I say ok, but my feet got cut by the guy working on them. Then 2 people come over to look at it and a lady puts a bandage on one foot and the apologize. The receptionist says that will be $79 for today how will you pay? I hand her my credit card and she doesn't even mention that I had bad service. What just happened??? I would have thought they would at least offer a discount or a gift card for my next visit. I would like to come back but I definitely will not just take the next available person. read more

**Review for NT Nails: A Disheartening Experience** I recently visited NT Nails, and it was a disaster from start to finish. I went in for an eyebrow wax, expecting a professional experience, but what I got was far from it. The technician spent the entire time chatting with another employee, completely disregarding any sense of professionalism or hygiene. There was no mask, and I felt like I was in the splash zone of a bad comedy show--spit flying everywhere. The wax itself was scalding hot. I clearly communicated that I wanted only a clean-up and not a thinning of my brows, repeating this request multiple times. Yet, instead of blowing on the wax like any competent technician would, she just slapped it on and ripped it off, causing unnecessary pain and requiring multiple attempts. By the end, my brows were not only thinner than I wanted but also uneven. When I brought this to her attention, she laughed it off. Seriously? What kind of customer service is that? To make matters worse, when I asked for the owner's contact information to discuss my concerns, the staff refused and suggested I just pay half. Really? That's their solution? I've been a loyal customer for years, but it's clear that the quality has plummeted since the older, more experienced employees left. I will definitely be spreading the word to my family and friends to steer clear of this rundown establishment. NT Nails has lost its touch, and I won't be returning. Save your time and money--look elsewhere for your nail and beauty needs. read more

I love NT nails. I usually go to the location on Coffee but this is closer to my work so I thought I'd try it out. I loved it. I love the location it's near Starbucks, Jamba juice, Costco and many other businesses. So I got myself a coffee and then got my nails done by Andy. I had a fill and had to get one of my nails fixed (ps you can't even tell which one had to get fixed) I really enjoyed how they turned out. He was very gentle with my tiny hands and very patient and listened attentively to everything I wanted to do. The ambiance of the building is very spa like you can tell they out a lot of thought in making it seem like you're at a spa. They are very good with walk-ins and have room for lots of people at once. I Had such a great experience today getting my Nails done at NT Nail Spa! Henry did my nails & did such an AMAZING job!! I can't stop looking at them! I'm a bit picky when it comes to my nails & was a bit nervous because I have not had any luck finding someone to do my nails the way I want them. He was so kind & friendly, gentle & very thorough & did not disappoint! Thank you Henry for doing an AWESOME job on my nails! Love this new location. I actually live a lot closer to the coffee rd location but Brittany transferred so I'm more than willing to drive the extra few minutes. I always go in for acrylics and go my nails dipped for the first time my last visit. Brittany does an amazing job every time. She listens to what I want and even accommodates to my actual wear and tear. On the few occasions that I had to go to another tech they also did great jobs and was happy every time. Lee was so patient and understanding even when I was being a bit difficult about my design in my nails.. she even helped me after they were closed ,trying to make sure everything was perfect so I would leave the shop happy . never seemed a bit annoyed with the fact she had to stay later .
