Very manipulative and sketchy. I was clear about the work that needed to be done on my car, when I went to pick it up-pressured me to pay without seeing or checking to see if the repairs were made. Head gasket blew on the way home. I was always polite and reasonable with them-but he blamed me for the car breaking and told me it was my fault he did not do the repairs we agreed on that he said he would do. So they took thousands of dollars from me and my family, in the end the car had to be totalled. And then acts like everyone else is to blame including his own workers. No wonder they are failing and needing to scam customers left and right. The ONLY thing keeping this business afloat is the free garunteed income from being a police impound lot. Shameful.

I went to a real honest mechanic and spent 600 dollars and was back on the road, running smooth. Come to find out they use cheap parts, and my problem was caused by the previous repair from Marcinos. I was like, you're not done. Did you sync them? (We didn't separate the carbs from each other)... Alright, did you adjust the a/f ratio? (The order just said to install a jet kit)... Yeah, adjusting the a/f screw is part of installing one. (Well, you'll have to talk to the gm) Talked to the gm. (Okay, we'll do it)... 2 more hours pass. (It's ready to go). I fire her up. Pop pop pop... I look at the place where the a/f is located. Still has the plug on it. You didn't adjust it... (same old excuse) I go to the gm again. Then they give me a ride home and tell me that they'll deliver it finished the next day. They finally bring it to me around 7pm... The gm is like they took the plugs out, see its right there. I go, that's the float bowl drain screw... the a/f still has the plug on it. He's like really? I say yeah... he's like well at least it's in your more than capable hands now. Think and let me know what I can do to make it right and let me know... So I come up with let me get a quote from p&p of what they would charge and you reimburse me. They then say you'll need to talk to the higher up gm about that. I'm so livid with their service department!!!!
