It's just not visible right away when you come into the station and pull in for gas. There's limited parking in the front, and the parking on the left is strictly for McDonald's. After driving a circle around the lot, I found the back parking, which is a lot of effort when you're trying to find a spot just so you can pee, get some food and get back on the road. I did find a gas pump though, and I was grateful not to find any that were out of service. There's nothing very special about this place except that there's a chicken place next to the McDonald's. It's reasonably clean. It's literally right across from the New Mexico border, across the freeway from the Wet n Wild. It's located in a spot where if you've driving endlessly through Texas, it's a huge relief to realize the awful drive is eventually going to end. Would recommend this place just for the sake of a quick sanity check before driving again.

Even the customer ahead of me said it was ridiculous and let me go in front of him. When she finally gave me my order, she didn't greet me, had an attitude, and I overheard her making rude comments about me to another customer. I called afterward to speak to a manager, and she refused to give her name, asked why I wanted it, and then hung up. She also said there was no manager available until 5 a.m. I've worked in customer service for years, and this was some of the worst treatment I've ever received. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior -- I hope management addresses this.
