Her European facials make my skin glow and I can see the imperfections go away in as little as one session!! She's wonderful at making recommendations of at home care too. She doesn't sell any products (yet?), so you know she only wants the best for her clients. Multi-step facials are customized for every client, so it's not one of those 1-hour cookie-cutter sessions you normally get elsewhere... Honestly, it's usually over 1.5 hours, so easily make the day of it. And it's very reasonably priced for what you get! Besides facials, I've done eyebrow tinting and eye lash curling. I'm a horrible eye lash client, because it's hard to keep me away from the water and therefore it doesn't last as long as it could. Eyebrows are on-point though! Honestly, something this small makes a huge difference... Elena also does permanent makeup on lips, eye brows, and eye liners. She's holds several certifications from both, Europe and America and constantly seeks professional development opportunities. I also couldn't find many (any?) that did couples massages. I was pretty late booking, so we ended up not doing a couples massage here, but they did have online booking, which makes it so easy. I was less than a week out so there weren't two massages that I could schedule at the same time, but they did have massages that were thirty minutes apart. That worked for me. It was really easy to use their website. They have a table with seating in their front area and couches in a further back seating area. When I finished my massage and waited for my husband I sat in the back seating area, which was really comfortable. I think most people wait in the front though. They have a cute boutique in the front that you can browse while you wait. My massage was amazing. She went the full amount of time and it was everything I wanted. My husband also said his massage was fantastic and that the masseuse called out places where he was tense and where pain was probably coming from. Overall, we both had very relaxing experiences. They serve tea and strawberry water, which was nice. Parking was also super simple, they had a ton around the building. If I'm in the area, I will absolutely come back.

She scheduled me then consulted with the doctor and suddenly the same day they sent an email and text canceling any further treatments at this office. Doc can't handle honest feedback from patient that they didn't find improvement after their prior treatments? She couldn't call me to have that discussion before abruptly canceling a patient relationship? Wow.

Our initial conversation reminded me of being recruited for college football--it was that impactful. The entire team, from the front desk staff to the medical assistant/nurse, demonstrated a high level of professionalism as well. I received 10 fillers for a total of $6,000. I was very pleased with the initial results and was informed they could last up to three years. While I was somewhat skeptical, I thought that even if the effects lasted a year, it would be well worth the investment. Unfortunately, the results began to fade significantly after about three weeks. I returned for an additional three fillers, which again produced noticeable improvement, but those results also only lasted about three-ish weeks. In total, I spent close to $8,000. While I can honestly say that for a brief period--about two months--I felt amazing, the short duration of the results does not justify the cost in my opinion. Therefore, I would not recommend this particular procedure to others. Based on my personal experience, I would rate the overall value of the treatment a 2 out of 10, primarily due to the high cost and limited longevity of the results. Please understand the rating is based on cost/results/how long it lasted.
