There's a large sign on the side of the building so it was hard to miss. Plenty of parking in the front and side of the building. When I walked in, I noticed the place was very clean and organized. It smelled really good too, like a spa. There was some music playing in the background. The seating area is small but the chairs were very comfy. The front desk guy was expecting me since I made an appointment through Groupon. He gave me papers to fill out and offered me some water. Very kind. Telma did my hydrafacial and she was thorough and explained every step she was doing. She made sure I was comfortable and made sure i was doing ok throughout the facial. She makes friendly talk with you and she is very easy to speak to. She was knowledgeable about the skin and products. One thing I thought people should know is that she called it a hydrafacial but definitely did not have the actual hydrafacial machine. I figured it wasn't a real "hydrafacial md" facial because those machines are extremely expensive and each time you use it, it's costly as well. She had the suction that she used but it definitely wasn't the real machine suction. Another thing was she used PCA products but it seemed watered down. The moisturizer was a spray mist. Again, I'm not 100% sure about this. It was just my experience. But Telma was so great and nice, that I still had a great facial and she did a great job with extractions. She didn't know the medical skincare brand "skinbetter" which is National and pretty popular with medical spas but that is probably because she only uses PCA. Overall, I loved Telma and the office. I thought the Groupon prices were excellent but I didn't think my face noticed that much of a difference. If you're looking for a basic facial, go to her! It's a great experience. If you're looking for a hydrafacial, I would suggest going someplace else that uses the actual machine.

Our initial conversation reminded me of being recruited for college football--it was that impactful. The entire team, from the front desk staff to the medical assistant/nurse, demonstrated a high level of professionalism as well. I received 10 fillers for a total of $6,000. I was very pleased with the initial results and was informed they could last up to three years. While I was somewhat skeptical, I thought that even if the effects lasted a year, it would be well worth the investment. Unfortunately, the results began to fade significantly after about three weeks. I returned for an additional three fillers, which again produced noticeable improvement, but those results also only lasted about three-ish weeks. In total, I spent close to $8,000. While I can honestly say that for a brief period--about two months--I felt amazing, the short duration of the results does not justify the cost in my opinion. Therefore, I would not recommend this particular procedure to others. Based on my personal experience, I would rate the overall value of the treatment a 2 out of 10, primarily due to the high cost and limited longevity of the results. Please understand the rating is based on cost/results/how long it lasted.

I went there a week prior to leaving for my son's graduation from marine boot camp. I told her exactly what I wanted and did not want. I did NOT want to look like Cher with high cheekbones or chipmunk cheeks as my eyes are already small...she agreed and said she would inject near my eyes to widen that area and gave me filler and Botox. I asked her to be careful as I didn't want her to hit a nerve or vessel (like a dr did a few years prior), she said she wouldn't. I've NEVER allowed anyone to inject anything into my face that wasn't a board certified doctor but this place has good reviews and looked decent. I walked out of there in pain with a EGG/knot on my face...what's worse is after getting home my face got WORSE! It was so sore to touch for WEEKS! And I had black and blue bruises across my face that could not be covered by makeup due to pain and the darkness of bruises (see pictures taken 3 weeks after visit). I've msg back and forth for weeks and they refuse to refund the nearly $2500 I paid for the privilege of missing my trip...being in pain..and having to explain to everyone who stared that I wasn't beaten. If anything I should be compensated for all the stress and pain and missed flights and most of all missing a huge part of my son's life. All the owner would say is 'sorry but that's what happens sometimes' NO No it's not...a small bruise that lasts a few days even a week if the provider is that bad....but not a MONTH! Then she has the gall to say 'come back and we can see what we can do to your face' why on earth would I want them touching me again??! I wasn't going to write a review but since she is being so unreasonable I have to warn people. As a retired veteran I expected her to have some kind of morale compass and be honest...especially as she said her husband was military but obviously not of the same caliber. Disgusting. Take your chances if you must but I wouldn't. Go to a proper doctors office.
