Upon contacting the pharmacy and the doctor office, I was informed that there is no record of this in the system. Despite following up, I have yet to receive a resolution. Most concerningly, I was told that we might need to wait until following week when the staff returns to the Agoura Hills office. When I pointed out that this requires a five-day wait for necessary medication, the response I received was that will ask the doctor when he is not busy with a patient. Vitality has made a huge difference in my skin, to the point where I sometimes go out without makeup. I drive over an hour to go to Vitality. That's how great they are.
