I went up to the front desk to ask if they want us to come by another time since so much time has passed, she assured me we will be seen soon. After 45 minutes of waiting I was finally seen. You could tell it was just one nurse running the whole building that day. I came in for the Flu remedy IV since I caught a bad bug. I let the nurse know I get really squeamish with needles- he injected me and quickly left. Immediately after he left, I started feeling really faint. My boyfriend in a panic tried buzzing in the nurse, but after 3 times we knew he was too busy and wasn't going to come to check up on me. My boyfriend watched me loose all color and faint- he couldn't even find anyone in the halls to get me more water! By the time I woke up, the injection was almost over so I just let the nurse wrap it up and send me off. Granted, the Flu IV brought me back to life and made me feel amazing after- it was just a very lackluster experience. I wish I went elsewhere that I felt more cared for. For $200 you would think it would be a better experience.

So please learn from my mistakes and always go with pay per visit doctors NOT pay in advance programs or the "shill my own brand of supplements" types. I can only say good things about everyone who works here like the ND Tali and the admin staff who are very competent and kind. I'm still kind of blown away by how smart yet humble Dr Rob is. I would have to disagree with the bad review here because you need at least 3 sessions for him to dig into the case so you can accurately pass judgement, even if it's going in a different direction than you anticipated he will drop serious knowledge. She suggested I try the Fitness Recovery IV therapy. When asked what was in it she mentioned multiple B vitamins which I was advised by a doctor not to load up on. When I asked if she was a PA she responded that she was an RN. She then advised I needed a consult with some other initials I didn't recognize (not MD, PA, NP). I definitely felt uneasy in this situation and that if I didn't ask questions, they weren't going to do a thorough job. I was not confident in the care being offered so I left. This was not well-coordinated, reliable or trustworthy in my opinion.
