I bought a voucher two weeks ago, a half day pamper package in Firenze Clinica…read more I went with a friend who bought the same voucher, and i took my 6 months old baby who was fast asleep in his carseat with me, as it was so hard for me to leave him for two and a half hours, but unfortunately the receptionist refused to let him inside and she was extremely rude, i said it's not stated in the voucher nor on their website, and he can't even walk!! She even refused to reschedule and luckily i got a refund from pigspack!! I went to Dundrum shopping centre waiting for my friend to finish and went back at 7pm to pick her up and again the woman on front desk refused to let me wait inside in the perception room!!!!!! because it's not a place for a baby!! I again couldn't believe what i heard she asked me to leave and wait outside in the cold with a baby who didnt make a sound!! I was shocked and appalled and extremely angrt with the way I've been treated, these people have no idea what customer survice is!! I am still shocked of the way she treated us me and a baby she couldn't stand to be in the same room with!!! I booked this voucher after going through a hard pregnancy and postnatal depression trying to take care of myself. Instead i went home feeling down, so angry and humiliated. But it's upstairs at the new clinic where the real magic happens: laser treatments, fancy facials and more. I got my colour done here along with a cut and was really impressed: I'd been unhappy with the brassy tones when I lightened my dark hair, but Ebano sorted me right out. She runs a little beauty salon out of her home and provides professional, inexpensive, clean and excellent service for both men and women. After getting to know Kate for a while now, I decided to take her up on a facial skin cleaning (€44). For over an hour she removed all the pores and blackheads, moisturised and massaged my face and decolletage with Gigi products (from the Dead Sea). I left feeling incredibly clean and my face was glowing. Kate also provides body massages, body treatments, manicures and make up. Go on her site and trust me, you will not be disappointed.

The therapist who looked after me was lovely and chatty and I got the impression she knew what she was doing. An enzyme peel was applied to my skin, followed by the dermabrasion which is like a small hoover that hoovers up all the dead skin revealing a more youthful and glowing layer of skin. At least that's the idea. After the 'hoover', a soothing mask was applied and some SPF. I was really happy with my treatment and I will return for their special offer of 3 for 150Euro soon.
