I said ok, this was for the protection of your customers and staff but if there is going to be a fee I'll come in the answer was a simple "OK". 10 minutes passed and I received a call explaining they would be unable to do the treatment today because of covid and would be unable to do the treatment for 3 weeks. Very uneducated and unprofessional approach to something that should just be standard practice in today's terms. Isolation is 5 days or until you have a negative test. Not 21 days. It's sad that I have to write such a negative review on what was actually a good experience. But the lack of knowledge on basic things would make me question the overall sanitary side of things. And why for me, I'll have to look elsewhere.

Before the treatment started, I informed the consultant that I had returned from holiday the previous week. She advised that, for safety reasons, it would be better to wait another two weeks before having the treatment. I appreciated the advice and agreed to postpone the session. The consultant and reception staff told me that rescheduling would be straightforward and advised me to contact the Hello customer service team. However, when I did, I was told that I could not reschedule my appointment and would have to pay for another session. This policy had never been communicated to me in my booking confirmation, reminder emails, or over the phone. To make matters worse, my appointment was marked as a "no-show/cancelled", even though I attended on time and was assessed by the consultant. When I called customer service to explain what had happened, the representative was rude and eventually hung up on me. In the end, Therapie Clinic took my payment, did not provide the treatment, refused to reschedule my appointment, and refused to issue a refund. I was left paying for a service I never received, despite following the advice given by their own consultant. The entire experience was handled with a very low standard of customer service and professionalism. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, and unwillingness to resolve the issue fairly have completely undermined my trust in Therapie Clinic. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Always super-friendly and great to talk to, she makes you feel at ease straight away. Most importantly, she's great at her job and has a really vast knowledge of the latest technologies as well as those that have been around for years. I was lucky to get an amazing Groupon deal for this place - six sessions for 120 euro I think it was - but as far as I can see, they're pretty reasonably priced on a normal day anyway. The facilities here are fine - it's not super luxurious - just the one room inside Ballyowen Medical Centre, but it's modern, and most importantly, very clean. There's also lots of parking (free), so no need to stress about that. I've just taken one star off for the location - it's a bit of an odd one, although fine once you find it for the first time. Take note that there are two medical centres within Ballyowen Castle (don't get excited - it's not so much a castle as a random shopping centre in the middle of housing estates!). There is one medical centre next to Giraffe's childminding service called Primavera, which is not the one you want. You want the one next to the pharmacy and the Chinese. (In case you want a bite to eat after of course!!) Oh by the way, you are also only five minutes from Liffey Valley here if you fancied some shopping after your treatment... just sayin...!

She is both highly professional and qualified and certainly knows her business. She is just wonderful to talk to and discuss the different types of treatments. In fact her manner is so gentle and laid back that she puts you at ease as soon as you come in the door and you feel you know her all your life. I have had laser hair removal carried out very successfully by Lisa and now only attend once or twice a year for top up treatment. I am so happy that I'm now going to have some laser treatment during the winter on tiny red veins on my face as Lisa assures me this is very successful and safe...and I trust her! The treatment was absolutely useless, a big waste of money, but some advice was decent: toss all your socks and use individual clippers for each toe. I had heard lots of great reviews about this place from a colleague who is also an existing client so I called them to arrange a free consultation for laser hair removal. As I had a course of IPL treatments in the past with another salon that I wish I never attended - I still had full hair regrowth on my legs after 6 sessionswhich cost me a lot of money and time so as you can imagineI was cautious of the same happening again. At my consultation everything about the treatment was explained in full and all of my concerns where answered regarding the type of lasers they use (medical grade which are the best) and the results I could expect from having a full course of treatments. I then had a patch test with the nurse which was part of the consultation and free of charge What I also really liked about the staff at this clinic is that they are not pushy sales people at all they're all so friendly and helpful and seem to really care about their clients. So I booked in the following week had the option of paying per single treatment or for a course. I opted for the course because you then get 50% off which worked out an amazing price. I'm finished my course of treatments now and it is the best thing I have ever done. Shaving my legs wouldn't ever enter my head now because there's actually no hair to shave...happy days!
