We called another windshield repair facility, but they were not able to help us during the short timeline that we would be in town. We called 20-20 and he indicated he would be out to our camping space by 5pm (note: that is their closing time). At 5:45pm, he had not arrived as yet, so we called and he was delayed working with another customer, so he offered to either come out after he finished his job (if we didn't mind), or come out first thing the following morning. We didn't mind either option since we realized we were asking for a quick reply. He actually came out the same night and our chip was fixed by 6:30pm and to a level that only a dot was seen in the place where the chip used to be. We were super pleased! Would highly recommend, and really appreciate the prompt service. Replacing a motorhome windshield for an expanding chip would have cost us thousands, so we appreciate his same-day visit very much!

We got on the phone with these guys and by 4pm that same day we had a new glass installed. They were able to find the glass and get it shipped to their Jerome location. They saved our trip, much appreciated. After the glass was installed we went back to Sun Valley and enjoyed another few days of winter fun.

They told us to come on over. Abby, Curtis, and Austin were super helpful and friendly. I was traveling from Ohio and had my back window shattered while at Yellowstone national park on a Saturday. As you can imagine this could have ruined my vacation. I turned in a claim to my insurance, and they were wonderful. Unfortunately I had to wait till Monday to find a provider to replace the glass. I was on an extended trip throughout the country and my next state was Idaho. I called the Twin Falls location Monday morning and they were so kind and willing to help located the part to replace my back window.
