Martha was very friendly over the phone and even sweeter in person. She gave me the information I asked for and I told her I was unsure if I was going to use them but I would let her know. She was not pushy and called me back the next day to follow up with me. I made my appointment for 9:30AM and when I asked about how long it would take was told about 2 hours out the door. I have 4 small children and was told it would be okay if we all waited for my windshield to be replaced. We arrived a little before 9:30AM and the technicians immediately started working on my windshield. Martha helped me file the claim with my insurance company. Nick and Chase were very fast fixing my windshield and within 30 minutes told me they were done and it would be ready to drive on the road in about 30 minutes. I was impressed with how fast they were able to get me out the door. They even took the time to explain how they replaced the windshield. The manager Neil was a huge blessing to my family and went over and beyond just to help us out. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and patience from all the staff. Having been able to secure an appointment to fix a chipped windshield, but being concerned about increasing the size of the chip within the waiting time I contacted the office for info to contain the damage until the appointment date. Neil was the man on duty and he thought that there was spot available in the Jerome office if I could drive there. He went and tried to arrange a time, but called me back and informed me that he had a technician traveling to Shoshone and I could meet him there. We did and met up with Alec, a very professional young man who proceeded to fix the damage quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure dealing first with Neil, who went beyond the usual customer service, and Alec of course, who performed and excellent job. I was in a Class A RV driving from Las Vegas and landed in Twin Falls around 6:00PM. We had a very bad wind Incident on 93. We had a very serious crack in the windshield. The next morning we looked up reviews and totally agreed with the information I read about Window Welder. The business is in Jerome but well worth the 9 miles. This summer my son worked hard to get his truck drivable. The last thing it needed was a windshield. I shopped around and the only shop that offered us American glass was the window welder. Because of that we choose them. They installed the new glass and put a new gasket on it and it looks great. They even ordered the gasket for the rear window and installed it in a very timely manner. They even repaired a rock chip for one of my customers from out of town on a holiday. They made a happy customer by doing great work for a great price and now my son can drive his 66 Chevy pickup. This place is awesome, I have gotten to use them a few times and usually work with Neil. He has helped me with everything from my old 55 Pontiac to my 2013 Dodge Ram. These guys know their stuff and are great to work with and very friendly. I won't use anyone else in the Magic Valley as long as they are here.. White Knights! Highway debris blew out our driver's side window on I-84 while driving my daughter from Denver to Eugene Oregon. Didn't have time to hang around Jerome ID and needed help QUICKLY. Just great and professional every step of the way. Sunroof glass blew out the top of my pickup on a windy day. Took it in and Neil recognised the roof as a recall item from a job they had done more than a year ago! That meant no cost to me or my insurance. The tech, Justin, did an excellent job replacing the glass and testing operation. Also had the windshield replaced while I was in since it had a rock chip and crack. Did the protective windshield treatment as well. I couldn't be more pleased with the service here. Highly recommended! read more

My wife was doing her good deed for the day at a nursing home. She came out and the people mowing the lawn threw a rock through the side window of the car. We took it to Window Welder and after an hour dealing with insurance companies we were done and the window will be here tomorrow and installed. Nick Banyai replaced the glass in my rear window on 2/6/17. He and his assistant arrived a few minutes early for our scheduled appointment, and they were done within a half an hour. And professional I thought I was going to have to replace it but he fixed a giant hole/ rock chip in my window.he also handle all the insurance information.
