They didn't have any mobile techs that could come to me and explained their shop are was too small for a motorhome. Also they didn't have the right equipment to work on a motorhome. Hummm. It's just a windshield. I don't believe they spoke the truth. If the office was busy and didn't want to do mobile service they should have been honest instead of deflecting that the work was not possible. Bad business.

Helpful and efficient!…read more We were skiing in Bald mountain and Sawtooths and camping in our van. One morning, when the mercury hit -20F, the passenger window cracked and popped. We got on the phone with these guys and by 4pm that same day we had a new glass installed. They were able to find the glass and get it shipped to their Jerome location. They saved our trip, much appreciated. After the glass was installed we went back to Sun Valley and enjoyed another few days of winter fun.

I was traveling from Ohio and had my back window shattered while at Yellowstone national park on a Saturday. As you can imagine this could have ruined my vacation. I turned in a claim to my insurance, and they were wonderful. Unfortunately I had to wait till Monday to find a provider to replace the glass. I was on an extended trip throughout the country and my next state was Idaho. I called the Twin Falls location Monday morning and they were so kind and willing to help located the part to replace my back window.
