Alex got the job done and even told me what other faults came up on his scan tool so that I can fix those things later. Oh and he put in my 12v battery for me at no charge. Alex went above and beyond and I think he is an asset to this location. I look forward to referring friends to get the batteries replaced here.

Absolutely horrible experience…read more RUN don't walk away! They vandalized my car. My insurance asked me to file a police report . They ruined my car, got grease on my door panels. Left my vehicle outside with the window down. Worst experience ever. They are unprofessional, terrible crooks. They wanted me to pay in full and hadn't even been able to work on my vehicle. They fried the MCU when the took the HV battery out. They pulled it out before updating with Tesla. They got the car bricked. Then Tesla confirmed they bricked it and Green Tech said I needed to pay for that at Tesla $2500. They are amateurs. No idea what they are doing and then they held me responsible for their mistake. Buyer before. My insurance is now filing a claim with their insurance company. When my husband went to pick up my car (From Florida with my 11 year old). The manager instructed a courteous employee to not help with anything. My car is fragmented, it's hot out. Very rude staff. I can't believe the experience - crooks

The manager was rude and condescending and told me when I asked if he was going to help me take my purchase to the car, he said, this is not a grocery store. Although I purchased the products, found out later he sold me the wrong filter. I will never set foot in that store and will tell this story to anyone who will listen.
