I took the bag in and showed them the discrepancy and the stale candy. Because I didn't have a receipt (who gets a receipt for food??) they would do absolutely nothing for me & told me there's nothing they can do about selling expired food!! Barely have room to maneuver your very tiny shopping cart, they don't hire enough staff and when they do have enough, there's no room for them because the place is so immensely cramped. Their stock room is literally to the ceiling sometimes with crap, and they have nowhere to put it. Is the tiniest Dollar General I've ever been in. The proberta one is about 800 times better and the grocery version in Red Bluff off Antelope is a few hundred times better than that one. Either of those, it's worth the round trip just to avoid the Los Molinos location

It's empty, I've never waited behind more than one person, it's larger so there's actually room to do things like shop and maneuver a tiny shopping cart, unlike the Los Molinos location. While they are always understaffed, that's every dollar general. All you have to do is watch that one John Oliver special specifically about dollar general, and you'll see why they're corruption and greed makes it so every Dollar General is understaffed. I don't like having to go to them because they are completely corrupt and vile, but underprivileged Trash areas like this, they're really are limited options. I come here for super basic things where it's just easier even if a tiny bit more expensive than buying on Amazon even though the company is no better than Amazon
