I asked for a pedicure and full acrylic set manicure, I've stuck with the same color for years. The pedicure chair was nice, relaxing and enjoyable, then a gentleman came over to start my acrylic nails at the same time. I asked for short "to the ends of my fingertips", however after 3 times of asking I finally said "okay" with the length. I proceeded to let him know "the nail on my thumb is crooked, is there a way to fix this?" He told me multiple times "yes" but never did. My 6 year old daughter told me it was crooked when I said "what is wrong with my thumb?" When I got home! My pedicure finished and I was attempting to put my boot on when the woman who gave me a pedicure was trying to "help". I was trying not to mess up what the man had don with my nails and she proceeded to try and shove my leg in my boot, laughed at me, spoke to another employee who came over and laughed and then tried as well. Finally I moved both of them away and put my boot on with no problem. He continued on when he proceeded to use the drill on my nails, he cut my middle finger nail/cuticle to the point where I continued to bleed even after holding tissue on it for a minute. His solution? Put nail glue on it WHILE it was bleeding and pooling blood still. After this I was so upset I just wanted him to finish so I could leave. Over a $100.00 spent and just over 1 week my acrylics started falling off! Please avoid. Again beautiful on the inside but not a good look experience.
