I thought I may see a noticeable change, my skin looked a little brighter but thats about it. For it to really make a big difference, you need several of these. I've visited many over the years for treatments like Botox, fillers, cryotherapy, and Ultherapy, but NONE have come close to the level of care and results I've experienced at Nuderma. The staff here is friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in getting real results. I'm currently on my third package with them because I trust their expertise and love the outcome! Their pricing is also very fair. What truly sets Nuderma apart is how much they care about their patients. Before I found them, I went to a place called "GlowSpa" in Encinitas that offered HiFu, (ultrasound to lift and tighten my jawline), as part of a special promotion. It was expensive, but I went for it. Big mistake! The aesthetician didn't apply numbing cream and seemed inexperienced--then she lowered the laser intensity so much that the session felt like nothing more than a basic facial. When I tried to schedule my second appointment, I discovered they had gone out of business--just like that. No warning. I had three sessions left, and their website stated no refunds would be given due to bankruptcy. Furious doesn't begin to describe how I felt. Went for consultation today with one of the nurses regarding RF microneedling and hifu. They don't have the FDA cleared Morpheus8 machine but some no name knockoff. She also refused to treat me because of my hypothyroidism. But that is not a contraindication for Morpheus8. So clearly the nurse didn't understand the technology and because they have a knockoff it probably came with no contraindications and instructions. I looked and you can get those devices for 5k on eBay and alibaba. I wouldn't want a Chinese fake to mess up with my skin so actually glad she didn't treat me after all. read more

I was very excited to try this place. Set an appointment online. Within 2 days of the appointment they called to cancel my appointment. Set another appointment with the staff and today (2 days before my appointment again, on a Sunday) someone from the office called to cancel my appointment. To their credit, they offered an earlier or later appointment for the same day but I'm a busy person and when an appointment is set by your office, it should not be cancelled. Disappointed that I am not important enough in the companies eyes to stick to a time. Was looking forward to adding this regimen to my life, will have to seek out another company.
