I was specifically interested in treatments for my sagging jawline and was persuaded to purchase seven HIFU sessions for $2,700. During my fourth monthly session, I asked when I could expect to see results. I was told it was difficult to know because I was aging at the same time the sessions were taking place. While technically true, I found the comment strange. I was also told these sessions are often paired with microneedling for better results. Unfortunately, the treatments did nothing to improve my collagen or sagging skin. I wish I had photos to share as proof. The consultant was also very nice and explained a few treatments in her way which was kind of not very pleasant. Set another appointment with the staff and today (2 days before my appointment again, on a Sunday) someone from the office called to cancel my appointment. To their credit, they offered an earlier or later appointment for the same day but I'm a busy person and when an appointment is set by your office, it should not be cancelled. Disappointed that I am not important enough in the companies eyes to stick to a time. Was looking forward to adding this regimen to my life, will have to seek out another company.
