Update: After posting my review, the owner reached out saying they wanted to address my concerns. I followed up, but unfortunately there was no accountability or meaningful resolution offered. The explanation continued to focus on this being a "reduction" procedure, hormones, and even my razor--none of which aligns with the expectation that was clearly set at the time of purchase (up to 96% reduction after 8 sessions). After spending significant time and money, I still have to shave almost as frequently as I did before the treatments. This lack of ownership and follow-through has been just as disappointing as the results. read more

It was easy to book an appointment online. The space is beautiful, and there's lots to do in the shopping center afterwards. The staff is welcoming, aside from one of the receptionists, who had charged me the full price for my treatment rather than the special price they were running that day. I had to confirm if I was being charged correctly, since the total seemed much higher than what I was expecting, mentioning the Botox Day deal. At that point, my card had already gone through, and she needed help from a colleague to adjust the transaction - she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, and I found her attitude off putting. My nurse, however, was very friendly and knowledgeable about questions I had regarding other treatments. After nurse Alexis abruptly left another clinic (not her fault and the other clinic was going downhill), I was able to find her online and saw she was working at Revive Med Spa! She is a gem and worth the extra drive to see her. She's kind, professional, friendly, and has great bedside manners. I have been going to her for Botox/Daxxify on my face and I've been very happy with my results. Revive is located on the 3rd floor of a shopping complex in Pacific Highlands Ranch. There is an attached parking structure (free) and level 3 gets you direct access to the spa (walk through the door, then turn right, and walk all the way down the hallway). The front staff was welcoming. It was very easy to book my appointment over the phone and text. My appointment started on time. Their prices are very competitive and the best I've found in this area so far. They have a referral program where you can earn discounts when you refer other people. After this 5 star experience, I will be continuing my Botox services here! read more

I had my first laser facial here (I did the One Sciton Glow Factor BBL Hero Photofacial) and I absolutely LOVE the results!! I requested a Nurse Practitioner who is familiar with ethnic skin, and they directed me to Jennifer McCleary... she. Was. AWESOME!! I LOVE how much care she put into our time together -- even at our check-up appt, which I thought would only be 5 minutes, she really took the time to go through each Before & After photo with me, and asked me multiple times if I had any other concerns etc. about the results. It felt like she TRULY cared about my concerns -- she didn't just try to sweep them under the rug and/or blame me or the tools or anything like that. She just heard me out and tried to help me investigate what may have gone wrong etc. -- I walked out of that check-up appt (which was a super sweet offer of hers in the first place) feeling like a million bucks! And now to the facial itself -- my cousin had rave reviews about BBL photofacials so I had to try it... and everything she said was true! Being a surfer who surfs almost every day, I definitely get some sun freckles for sure... this facial just lifted them right off my face, and in a matter of 10 days, my skin was a new & improved version of itself -- so much clearer, so many less sun & age dark spots.. I always come here to this location and always have a pleasant experience my injector was super nice and helpful but checking out with the receptionist was very lacking. Came out just looked me and didn't asked how my experience was to start. I had Alle points that I wanted to redeem even texted before my appointment to make sure I was able to use it and she was not helpful I'm still confused as to why my points weren't available especially since they been spam texting and calling me to use it up before it expires. I recently had an issue with a treatment package I purchased--after not seeing the promised results, the specialist who sold it to me (Jennifer) agreed to add a 4th treatment. Months later, I scheduled that final treatment, and the scheduler confirmed I had one left. But the day before my appointment, I received a call from Lauren (who replaced Jennifer) asking how I planned to pay. Despite seeing the notes in the system, she initially told me they wouldn't honor it since Jennifer was no longer with the company. I was very disappointed, especially because this wasn't communicated until the night before my appointment, even though I booked weeks in advance. However, I want to acknowledge that the manager personally called me, apologized sincerely, and took full responsibility. She made things right and ensured the situation was handled with care and professionalism. I came in with concerns about under eye hollows and fine lines around my mouth (marionette and smoker's lines). Rather than going straight for under-eye filler, Alexis noticed that my cheeks had lost volume and suggested restoring that area first.
