Checked in with the receptionist and gave my name and my appointment time. She kept calling me John and I corrected her 3 times. Once she finally acknowledged my name and found my reservation, she told me the stylist, Mirada Z, was running late but to have a seat. While I waited more people came in and were taken to other stylists while I sat and waited. Finally after 25 minutes I went up to the receptionist and asked for an update. She said that she was running late, gave no update or no apology for my waiting. I asked if there was another stylist that could take me and she replied no without looking at the schedule in front of her. At that point I told her I was not happy about this and left. This was not the first time this has occurred at this location. The customer service has been rapidly declining over the past 6 months and this will be the last time I visit or recommend this location to anyone.

STAY AWAY from this hole in the wall " cut show". this place makes some of the barber shops that are located in worse locations look like the Hilton, based on customer service and skills.
