But I simply did not get the haircut I requested…read more I went in with medium/long hair asking for a simple trim of an inch off the back and another inch off of the top. I wanted maintenance and the bangs out of my eyes. But, I left with a totally different drastically shorter hairstyle that I didn't request. I even specifically told the stylist not to cut the sides since the stiffness of my hair causes it to stick out unless it's long enough to comb back. As you can see from the pic - the sides were cut and now stick-out. The pic also shows that the back is also awkwardly squared-off. So, I'm forced to find another stylist to fix what was done (which will sadly cause me to have an even shorter cut). I estimate it will take 3-4 months to grow back the damage done. My guess is that if you have very short hair that needs periodic maintenance, or, if you want that luxurious barbershop shave and men's spa vibe. This might be a great spot for you. They also have an entire section for mani/pedis that look super comfortable for dudes. So there's that too. But, I can't say it's a place where you'll get the cut you ask for.

Checked in with the receptionist and gave my name and my appointment time. She kept calling me John and I corrected her 3 times. While I waited more people came in and were taken to other stylists while I sat and waited. Finally after 25 minutes I went up to the receptionist and asked for an update. She said that she was running late, gave no update or no apology for my waiting. I asked if there was another stylist that could take me and she replied no without looking at the schedule in front of her. At that point I told her I was not happy about this and left. This was not the first time this has occurred at this location. The customer service has been rapidly declining over the past 6 months and this will be the last time I visit or recommend this location to anyone.
