He offered to drive to our location himself to make things right and asked what could be done to fix the situation. He also patiently listened while I explained everything in detail. I declined his offer for additional services, but was reimbursed for the money I'd paid. Whatever issues the company had while servicing my family appear to have been addressed. If everyone is now operating as this manager is, I'd consider giving Conserv a chance.

My request was not honored, and the technician still came to my home. I reviewed my security camera footage and confirmed that the technician rang my doorbell and then left. I also requested to speak with a manager about the situation, but I never received a callback. Every time I called, I was told the manager was in meetings, and no one ever followed up. The lack of communication and poor customer service were extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and suggest looking elsewhere if you have other options.
