terrible customer service. received a product that was on pause. called customer service no human answers you leave a message or get hung up on. customer chat was usless. i told them i never authorized this order. i wanted a credit to my credit card. they said they would only give me a credit if i returned at my expense and time their product. i said this is your mistake. they said it was not their policy. it was their fault i received it and i wanted them to make good on it. i have reviewed it on trustpilot and face book . let the buyer be ware maby they send product out against you instruction figuring you wont want to be bothered to return it. read more

I have ordered from Nuleaf for years, both in Florida and until late last fall, Arizona. last December 2025 I went to place my usual order and suddenly they claim they no longer ship to Arizona. in fact, I checked their shipping and suddenly there are over a dozen states they no longer ship product to. customer service claimed Arizona has a new law that forbids shipping cannabis products into the state. so I checked about 5 or 6 other sites- none have issues shipping to Arizona, and in fact I have now ordered from 3 other companies, no problems shipping to me. it's not just THC, they won't ship anything to me, not even CBD. so what's up, Nuleaf? you have lost a customer, and I'm sure I'm not alone. if they had sent me an email warning me that a ban on shipping to my state was about to go into effect, I would have stocked up. I have no issues with the quality of their products. However, they do not have any semblance of a customer service department. I recently purchased some gummies for sleep, and did not receive the order, but was charged for it. If you call their customer service they tell you to sent them an email...that never gets responded to. If you use their online Chatbot, it will turf you to the same customer service email.....that is never responded to. With as many reputable CBD companies out there, avoid Nuleaf at all costs and go with a company that will respond to you...and deliver what you have purchased. I ordered a cbd tincture from them and received an empty package after waiting well over the 3 weeks for my order there was absolutely nothing in the package. Mind you the package went to Ky and then was sent back to Colorado and then back to Ky. I called and they had me send pictures of the empty bag and had to do an investigation and once they saw that I received nothing I was asked if I wanted the order replaced and I said only if they could expedite the order of which they refused so I cancelled the order. Now, a month later I still don't have a refund or product, even though I got an email stating that a refund was issued. I am not sure what is going on but they lost me as a costumer. I loved this company. They made the best pet CBD I ever tried my senior dog on. The only product that gave my dog relief from her severe anxiety. So effective I got a regular subscription to my address in Louisiana. It was wonderful. She never missed a dose. She had some rough patches during the years on their pet CBD, but few and far between considering how constant it was before finding this product. But then, I got an email saying the credit card on my subscription was invalid and to give a new payment method. I signed in to my account. It says I've saved $0 on autoship subscription, though it was supposed to be cheaper. So I figure I'll cancel the subscription and buy bottle by bottle. I can't. The entire website is changed. I can't add any product to my cart. The prices are insane - ranging from nearly $70 up to $400. I go on customer service chat and the person insists I just have to clear my cookie and cache. Do that. Try two different wiped browsers on two different devices. Nothing. I'm assured I'll be sent to the relevant department for escalation. Days go by. No word. Try again. I'm still not believed, that the website won't let me add to cart. I'm assured I'm still a valued member. And then suddenly, the person's tune changes. Oh, they can't ship to Louisiana. That's the problem. When I ask why I wasn't just sent an email stating rules and regulations had been changed and they could no longer ship to me instead of lying about my information and then changing the entire website for me, I was told they have no say in where they can ship their products. And I get that. But you'd think if they valued their longtime customers at all, they'd do the compassionate thing and give them a heads up about why their years-long subscription will be cut off. Now, I have very little time to find a replacement for my dog. If I run out before I can find a similar product or if that next product doesn't work, my dog's anxiety will go sky high instead of, say, being weaned off it very slowly - which I would've done had I been told this would be the case. Instead of being told I was wrong, I needed to clear cookies and caches, I was still a valued member of their service, etc. So be warned. Great products. I order products from many sites and this has to be one of the most frustrating, impossible ones I've ever encountered. I've tried multiple devices and browsers, and it still is extremely difficult to complete an order, change payment methods, or create or modify a recurring order. Nuleaf Naturals used to be a good company with a great product and customer service. Unfortunately that's no longer the case. They are unable to complete their orders and deliver the products ordered. They will also refuse to cancel your order and refund your purchase even through they are unable to complete orders. This leaves you only with the option to dispute the charge with your credit card company. A few years ago I would have been writing a very different review. I'm willing to bet her "CBD oil" was probably filled to the brim with cheap MCT coconut oil like the vast majority of brands use... Being an avid CBD user, I KNOW the good from the bad. Nuleaf is 100% hemp only, NOT 95% coconut/olive/sunflower like so many others. I also love that they use CO2 extraction and not something cheap and gross like ethanol... NuLeaf's USDA certified organic CBD is the best I've tried. I have C-PTSD and suffer from difficulty falling asleep and nightmares. I also have chronic pain. Doctors tried for over 8 years to provide me with relief. The meds usually had side effects that were worse than what they were meant to treat. While marijuana is the only thing to lessen the nightmares (for me at least), I can't travel with it. The company refused to publish my review because it was not a good one. We purchased over 700 of oil based on their reviews. I do wonder how many less favorable reviews they did not publish. They also would not answer emails but just sent a form letter. I can't rate the product itself because I haven't tried others. The effect is extremely subtle.
