You can replace almost everything you buy at the grocery store with something Simply Bulk sells in bulk. So instead I called their main competitor Clarity and got an answer right away, got an appt made by phone with no trouble, and their service is a full $75 less than Holos. Oh and they didn't threaten to take my money if I had to cancel. All around a huge improvement from my experiences at Holos and I wish I'd shopped around years ago.
