This includes coupons procured in their own special personalized coupon book. Crazy right? Do better Natural Grocers! I have this problem nowhere else. As in NOWHERE. I literally stood at the bakery, while two ladies were there, one was on the phone, so understandable that she didn't help me but the other one was just walking back-and-forth and completely ignored me so finally after a few minutes I just grabbed a premade cake and went on my way. Then I go to check out and there's only one station open. The gal is counting out her drawer and I totally understand that she is busy but she did not acknowledge or say I'll be right with you. Nothing. Finally, after standing there for a long period of time I just picked up my stuff and went to the self checkout station. The cake I grabbed had the barcode on the side so I couldn't tip it to scan it, and there are two employees having a conversation about Covid and after finally noticing me, trying to figure out how to scan it, the guy walks up and doesn't say a word and just scans it, and then walks away. The customer service at the store today was extremely disappointing. Especially when it's compared to Trader Joe's. I stopped by Trader Joe's just before this and every single employee I encountered at the store was friendly and greeted me. I also watched as another person who is handing out samples at Trader Joe's, drop everything to help an elderly lady find something on the other side of the store. Take note Whole Foods. This is the kind of service you should be giving.
