Absolute best customer service... I love this place. Seriously. It's clean, organized, bright shiny and new. They have every supplement I have ever wanted to try; as well as an extremely well educated team to answer all of my questions about the products. I was going to another store for my protein shake mix and supplements, then a coworker at the gym I work at suggested Colorado Discount Nutrition. I will NEVER shop at that other store again. Not only is their selection wide, their prices are great! (about 1/2 what the competition charges) In addition all the employees that help customers are certified in nutrition! Seriously?! I'm used to people not knowing what to suggest. I have made a few purchases based on their recommendations and the success is AMAZING! For example: I had a terrible caffeine habit. Think: 2-4cup pots of coffee, 2 diet Pepsi's, and 2 energy drinks and I could still fall asleep on my feet. I wanted to get rid of this addiction. The nutritionist there recommended a product. I tried it. My results: After 1 week I was off energy drinks, after 2 weeks no coffee, no energy drinks, just 1 ...ONE serving of the product they suggested and I have completely gotten rid of all the other caffeine products I ingested daily with none of the caffeine withdrawals. Now caffeine works again for me. I take 1 serving of their product in the morning and I am good to go all day. Pretty decent shop. Lots of selection and pretty organized. Not sure where they get the "discount" part of their name? The prices are about the same as max nutrition, supplement giant and of course the famous Nutrition Company. Overall place is nice with lots of selection. The crew seems nice and friendly. However, not sure how serious they are to fitness lifestyle. They seemed more interested in me following them on Instagram and Facebook then knowing about the products. When I go to the smaller nutrition company every time I bring something to the counter the guys are like"oh man you're gonna dig this stuff it's blah blah" heck they even will tell me "ahhh man I tried this stuff and I thought it sucked" lol. When I started to ask about pure ISO and milk iso they glazed over. Lol This place would be better if the team actually used the products and got out from standing behind the register. I used to shop here frequently. As somebody who competed in bodybuilding I buy a lot of supplements. I always had a good interaction with the sales guy (long hair, sorry I don't know your name man but you know your stuff). I bought a pre workout that I legitimately could not take. It made me nauseous to the point of vomiting. I tried it 2-3 times because I know sometimes that is a one off occurrence but it happened each time. When I went back to try to get store credit for the product and return it, the 5'9" ish short haired blondish"manager" came out and spoke to me very condescendingly. Since I did not have the receipt with me he said there's nothing he could do. He mentioned covid 19 precautions as the reason yet he wasn't wearing a mask. Simply put; I will never return to this store. I spend a lot of money on products like these and am a consistent customer. Even my girlfriend at the time remarked on his poor attitude. I'll take my business to supplement giant from now on. It's a shame because every interaction I had before this with the employees was positive and knowledgeable. read more
