Saw this company on a billboard and called for an estimate. The lady who took my call seemed unintelligent and I was honestly alarmed that she couldn't spell my street name...but decided to move ahead with the estimate. The man that showed up reeked of cigarettes and was in a dirty t-shirt and ripped shorts. He acted very shady by asking for "cash" only?? He said that his partner had been stealing from him and he had children to care for?? Jordan, the skilled and professional technician/installer was fabulous. He showed up on time with Luke, his helper. Both wore masks throughout the day, in spite of the heat. Jordan is a born teacher. He explained every single move he made. They were here from 9:30 to 4:30. Jordan's work was painstaking and perfect. I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend Nulite. Awful experience. They had been dodging our calls after we dropped off a part that we needed fixed. They did not do the job they said they would do. They avoided our calls. They were not open when they said they would be. Literally had to leave work in the middle of the day to get MY parts back. They didn't offer an apology or explanation AND gave us the wrong parts back. Now I don't even have the parts I needed fixed back. I do NOT recommend using this company. Use any other company. They really should be giving our part back at the very least. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but after dealing with some other replacement window companies, I felt the need to write about this company. I called for an appointment and spoke to a very nice gentleman. I had gotten other estimates, but I did not have the confidence level that I felt from dealing with this company. The gentleman definitely knew his stuff and when the new windows and sliding door was installed, I was thrilled with my decision. Not only is my home storm proof, but they look so much better than the old windows. They were quick (only took a few hours), they were polite and very clean. Thank you to the folks at Nulite. Jordon did a good job in the first door, then ran out of material waited almost 3 months for the 2nd door & the material to come in. Somehow the scheduled appointment with their unintelligent staff got confused, I wrote down Thursday she somehow wrote down Wednesday. Unknowingly I went out Wednesday & apparently the workers were here Wednesday I had no idea never received a phone call from the workers or the office - Imagine that someone in the office picking up a phone & calling a customer to say, "Hey we have a man downstairs". I was only minuets away would have come right home. In the meantime here we are Thursday & I'm thinking they're coming today I call to verify the time & was told they were here yesterday, they called you, your neighbors called you-total BS not one call. So I rescheduled & hung up. After thinking about it I called back to let them know I never received a call only to received the wrath of SHANE - the most arrogant, rude, obnoxious OWNER -or so I'm assuming he's the owner-if he's not I would fire him ! He didn't want to hear it wouldn't even give me an opportunity to speak until I had to get louder then him. Now they had a few bad reviews but I gave them the benefit of the doubt & used them. I was scheduled for a survey for an estimate. During the survey I was pressured to have work done that I was not interested in and to this date, 7 weeks later, I still have not received my estimate. I have called about once a week and have never received the courtesy of a return phone call to tell me if he is interested in doing the work he scheduled a survey for or not. This company needs to learn how to be professional. I contracted them to replace a screen sliding door and repair the rollers on the sliding door as well as replace a missing window screen in a bedroom in a condo of mine. They charged me over $600 and I never got the window screen for the bedroom. I called and called and called to find out what was going on with the window screen and they kept putting me off putting me off. Finally today after almost a month of back-and-forth they say that they never were supposed to replace the screen and that I never paid for it. My biggest problem is their communication is terrible. They don't call back they don't answer a lot of times and it's just a very poorly run company. Id advise people not to use them read more

Dealing with this company is a nightmare! We ordered French doors on March 13, 2018 with a projected install of 4-6 weeks. After numerous calls not being returned, On May 18, 2018 they installed the doors WRONG. My husband pointed it out as they were walking out the door- otherwise they would have left it that way. We spoke to the office who asked if we would accept the doors until they got in a new door to correct the issue in 2 weeks - Its now 5 weeks later, and again after much silence, we finally reached Lauren who said it would be another 10 days till they had the doors. That will be 4 MONTHS from the time we ordered them!! While I realize that production issues happen, I don't understand the lack of communication and total disregard for the customer. While I hope the workmanship will be good...I would NEVER recommend them to anyone based on their customer service or lack there of- very disappointed read more
