They took the ability to test blood within the office away so now my blood has to get taken sent to Texas and there's seven day delay before I can get my treatment plan. This used to occur within 130 minute appointment. That was the service I signed up for, but now this decision, probably a money, saving decision for the owners. To take away the and testing ability of the staff, makes their customer service levels, absolutely stink. Now I am probably two weeks behind in my treatment program. Let me first say that this is elective treatment. No one forces you to address these issues, and certainly no one forces you to select NuMale. Therefore, do your own research and understand what you are purchasing as a consumer. These are not "doctors" in the traditional sense. This is a clinic for men who are having issues that these treatment options can help with. First: be honest with yourself. Second: Know your symptoms. Third: know the treatment options available from different clinic brands. Four: know the cost. You are a consumer even though every clinic calls you a patient. Why I selected NuMale- After careful consideration over time, and answering my first two questions, I asked for referrals from a variety of sources I trust. I got recommendations from several different brand clinics. After reading some reviews, I contacted each brand and asked questions. Some of those questions I already knew answers to, but wanted to see how they handled it. One of the key questions was about the issue of insurance. This is elective and not honestly covered by insurance. Therefore, if they are accepting it, they are doing so by "fudging" how it gets recorded. I also asked what kind of blood work was checked. Most brands where a bit vague about the insurance game they play, as the cost. But I called NuMale and had a very honest conversation with the male representative. He was honest, didn't sell, and after a lengthy conversation also offered a 50% discount on the blood work/intake meeting. Upon meeting with the folks at this NuMale clinic, each of the three people I interacted with were honest, straight forward, answered all my questions, explained the treatments and costs without any of the insurance games (not that you really want your insurance company knowing any more about you than they already do). They were respectful but blunt. I either wanted the treatment (as my blood results were as I expected) or I did not. After the options were explained, I purchased a treatment, received my initial shot, came back a week later for the pellet placement, and have been VERY pleased with the results. I'm sure other clinics offer similar treatments, but NuMale has been around a fairly long time and this clinic knows how to handle their business. I have no problem recommending this Clinic....and the results have been great! More energy for work and advancing in my profession, more energy for exercise so health improves, and energy levels have gotten "younger" in our intimate life which has been fun for my wife and I. read more

Totally was expecting to be sold on TRT but thought 'let's see if they can help'. They did the blooddraw and addressed my issues thoroughly w/o shoving their therapies down my throat. Suggested an outside doc(not affiliated with them) to look at a few things. Really liked how they tried to help me. I will see them down the road after trying their outside docs. I don't advise anyone to waste their money at this clinic. The doctor? Prescribed a medication that made me very ill and then didn't have the decency to return my calls after several attempts to contact him. To make matters worse they refused to refund my money after I had paid for a years worth of medication and received two months supply. When I called their management office in Las Vegas the representative threatened me and used foul language. I have reported them to the BBB and the state medical board. read more

Very unprofessional staff at times rude. Walls are thin you can hear everything they say and talk about. Pressure you in things you really done need and do not finance anything with them you will get screwed big time lost $1300. They don't call for any follow ups, it was a month in an half late on my 2nd treatment and that was only because I was feeling like crap and falling asleep at work, that I decided to call them.
