So tried this place as I was due!…read moreI bought there "best deal ever" the Black Friday deal, which was 50 units for around $440ish (the most I've ever paid for Botox). When I got there, the injector who was definitely very nice convinced me to get Jeuveau as she had said clients were getting better and longer results. Normally I get 40 units of Botox and my face is FROZEN. So my results from jmisko set... I called to say that I still had movement on one side of my forehead and wanted to know if their touch ups are charged (I was told by a friend she was charged for her 2 week touch up there) and they confirmed usually it's charged but it "also depends if your injector is feeling nice." Never have I ever been charged for the 2 week touch up and I've been to 3-4 different med spas. But more than that, being charged more for a product I was convinced to get after I received 50 units of it when normally 40 units of Botox does the trick for me, didn't feel right. My uneven results luckily only lasted about a month (which is also insane). Overall, my only issues were the results and the cost (charging for 2 week touch up). The office was clean and everyone was very friendly, but I won't be back!

I was referred to Hair Specialists from a friend who noticed my hair was thinning. I was a bit…read moreembarrassed to admit it, but made an appointment never-the-less. After meeting with one of their consultants, I was told that using lasers could help stop my hair from thinning and possibly regrow my hair. After the first three months, the first thing I noticed was that my hair was no longer thinning. My hair appeared to be thicker than before. I also began using some special shampoo and conditioner along with something to help increase the blood flow to my scalp. All of these have helped me combat my thinning hair issues. The staff at Hair Specialists were kind and explained my options to me in a way that made sense to me and they explained everything to me. I had met with the staff on several occasions at this salon, they came off nice and genuine. I was trying to decide what program would be best for me to commit to, as the programs can get quite expensive. I was talking over my options with the receptionist, when she stated it would be better to talk to the owner to ensure I was getting the best program for my needs. I agreed to return a night that week to talk with the owner. I accidentally left my debit card on the counter and realized it the next day. I made arrangements to come in and pick up my card a night that week, that worked around my work schedule & the hours that they were open. Later that day, I noticed my debit card had been charged $200. I immediately called The Hair Specialist's number and left a voicemail that somebody needed to call me right away. I called again the next morning and left another message with the receptionist. Later, the owner emailed me stating that she had assumed I wanted to do a 3 month program. I hadn't even spoken with the owner, I did not sign a contract and did not give anybody permission to run my debit card. I filed a claim with my bank and they stated that this was fraud. The owner here played this off so non chalantely, like it wasn't a big deal. I feel like she really didn't care about helping me, she was simply interested in my money. Long story short, I will not do business here. I would not recommend this place to my family & friends & I sure wouldn't forget a debit/credit card here.
