I wish I could leave negative stars…read more We utilized your tow service Monday evening, 06-01-2026, a little after 8pm. The arrival was quick and the transportation of the vehicle to my home was great. It was what happened after. Staff who transported my vehicle, sent me an unsolicited and unwanted picture of his penis. This is extremely unprofessional and degrading for any woman to have to be subjected to receiving this. I have children. My children occasionally use my phone. I cannot begin to imagine if they would have opened that message. This is abuse of your services and harassment. The name Richard Puentes came up on my phone for the caller ID. Richard is lucky I am not legally pursuing this and needs to be made aware how severe sending a photo of that nature is.

As I wanted to get rid of the vehicle I told him that time would absolutely work. At 3pm I text the gentleman asking for an update and he said they are en route back down to the area. Another 2 HOURS later at 5pm I text the number again and he said they are trying to figure something out. This was extremely disappointing as I live in palm beach county and stayed in the area of kendall waiting all day for this company. They didn't even have the decency to contact me and tell me they couldn't make it. Contacted another company and they came within an hour and a half. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this company. Do yourself a favor and contact someone else.

After putting air to inflate the tire I arrived to Wheel & Tires EM at 7:50 PM, 10 minutes before they were closing, and Milton? I believe that is his name, was quick to assist me.
