Right away this sales person has the odacity to say to us that if we accidentally dropped a helmet, we would be liable for the cost. This statement was completely unwarranted. We're speechless. Really bad business. This is a pattern for this particular store. This is our third attempt to purchase something from them and every time it just gets worse.
