For what I assume is due to them not having stock despite showing 4 on-hand at the time of this review. Customer service. Nope! More like disservice over here at Bill's. The call line is usually unavailable saying that they are on lunch during morning hours and afternoon no were near the standard lunch hour. Kind of weird but assume they have the best job in the company their. Oh and then they cant answer questions, direct you call, or really much of anything outside of looking up an order. Oh then they direct you to emails, which is abysmal! 24hrs to 72hrs is false. It took them 5 business days to get back to me and then they sent a reference link to locate a new exhaust for the incorrect vehicle. Just little signs of disorganization and ignorance. Save your self some time and spend extra hours researching other avenues. Honestly Ebay is not a bad option to this terrible mess.

My husband and I were hoping to try on a few helmets to ensure that we could find the correct fit. It was anything but that. The sales person efforts were short, uninvolved, and disrespectful. Right away this sales person has the odacity to say to us that if we accidentally dropped a helmet, we would be liable for the cost. This statement was completely unwarranted. We're speechless. Really bad business. This is a pattern for this particular store. This is our third attempt to purchase something from them and every time it just gets worse.
