Allstate rec'd great reviews so I went to them for the first time, and the staff are really great and most importantly, very communicative. If they don't have a part and have to wait for it, they tell you up front so there are no surprised. Also, I thought the price they charged for the body work was fair. I was parked at a Starbucks and when I got back to my car a very nice long scratch across both rear and passenger right side of the car. Luckily for me the car the hit me was still parked next to me. Called the police they entered Starbucks and found the owner, an elderly person, whom had no clue of what they did. Long story short, I called the dealer because this was all body shop type of work, they gave up their secret. They send all their cars to this shop. I called, went in for an estimate. Got the person to pay me the estimate, cashed the check took it to the shop. My car came back like new. Service was amazing, time of work was beyond good and the work exceptional. Claimed to have fixed my car after repairs authorized by GEICO and Brickell Honda. Six months later found out that work done was horrible. Like bailing wire and duct tape horrible. Fender was shimmed with parts from Home Depot and headlights were secured by only one or two screws. Bumper started sagging almost immediately. The substandard parts that were used began to rust and stained the paint. I don't recommend Allstate Custom Paint & Body. read more
