I called my own auto insurance, triple A and about 4 other towing companies (including Airpark Towing) that Friday night to see if we could get a winch. Every company quoted me nearly $300 and about 45-90 min wait to get someone out. As a last resort, I tried Airpark and I was told about $180 with 30 mins wait time. The customer service, kindness, and professionalism I experienced was something I haven't experienced even in California. Jaxson came out and tried to find a way to fit his tow truck, but to no avail. He told us to wait inside the home as it was raining and quite cold, and that he would call someone out with a smaller tow truck to winch out the car. About 40 mins later, the car was winched out and we were on the road again. Thank you Airpark for your professionalism, honesty, transparency and repose during a time when my family and I were concerned how we were going to get help so late at night (that too on Friday night). To Marcello and Danny and the owners of the company, thank you for running such an amazing business. There is a reason Airpark Towing has so many 5 star reviews and I now understand why. It's a reflection of you and how you all run operations. I am grateful. And lastly, to Jaxson, you are the man. Thank you for everything bro. Wish you nothing but the best! He put on his hazards and started directing traffic. He asked if I had arranged for a towing service. I told him I hadn't yet. He told me that they didn't use AAA and told me what the amount would be for a tow. He also told me that he could get a truck there in 10 minutes. The price was reasonable and he was already providing great service without me being a customer. I'm thankful that Airpark Towing was in the area. I highly recommend. I skid in the rain and hit the guardrail, someone called cops, state police came due to state property, i said i would call AAA and they refused and said they couldn't wait for an hour and their towing service would come sooner. They towed, normal tow, nothing unusual or major, facility was 5 miles away. Called the next morning to pick up, and was blown!!! They quoted me $600 for the tow how in the world does anyone charges $600 for an overnight tow? When asked they said "accident" tows are different, how??? Charged me for 20 miles, cleanup charge $125, admin fee $35 and accidental tow charge $299" i called many tow companies to double check and also the state police and they all wondered why the charges were so much. The truck drivers are super nice and professional. They explain the total cost, what they're going to do, and give you a detailed receipt that explains everything. You can pay them directly with either card or credit, and they load your car right then and there. I wish I wasn't a repeat customer lol but they're really awesome!

The first towing company I called stated they did not change tires. I then called Perez Towing. It was already 8:30PM on a cold, rainy and snowy Sunday night and the lady who answered the phone was so nice and said they would be there in 20 minutes. As promised Hector arrived in 20 minutes. He could not change my tire because I had no idea where the wheel lock was. Hector was kind enough to tow our car to a local service station his friend owns and they were able to get the wheel lock off and put on the spare tire. I am so grateful for the amazing and friendly service we received and cannot say enough good things about Mr. Perez. A+++ service!
