I contacted CoolStuffInc, explained the situation, and even provided a solution FedEx gave me: the shipper needs to contact FedEx to remove the restriction so I can pick up my package. Instead of taking ownership and helping resolve the issue, CoolStuffInc has been completely unhelpful. Shipping problems happen. Poor customer service is a choice. I've been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I will seriously reconsider ordering from CoolStuffInc again. Extremely poor customer service and accountability.

Despite the limited selection, there was a good diversity of different types of games including some of my favorites, some I've been wanting to try, and some I had never heard of! One of the coolest features of the shop is the incredible selection of candles and wax melts inspired by tabletop gaming. Although they are especially exciting for gamers, I think anyone who loves scents shouldn't miss this line. They had a buy 3, get 1 free promotion so we decided to buy 8 wax melts and had such a hard time narrowing it down to just 8!
