When I was on the phone with the customer serivce representative he did not give me an assertive answer on if they take trade toys for cash. Instead his answer was "I only collect toys that are like in the box". After having that uncooperative call I decided to drive down there the next day. When I arrived the customer service representative told me the wholesaler will be with you in a few minutes. While I was waiting I had to go to the bathroom. I asked this customer serivce representative where the bathroom was. His reponse was "he( the wholesaler) will be with you in a few minutes". After not getting a reponse from him I decided to go back to the warehouse section since the bathroom is apparetly not in the shop area. Once I went back there he said "don't go back to the warehouse". I then said "I have to go to the bathroom". He then responded "we don't have one open to the public".
