I was told that they did not take my insurance and then I informed them that they were on my provider list. Whereupon the appointment setter transferred me to the office manager. The office manager said that they did not take my insurance and when I told her they were on the provider list she said that it must not be an updated list. I then called the healthcare provider and indeed they were on the list. The office manager stated that they like to get paid and because I questioned her that I should find another Dr. This is really nice what happened to the physicians oath. She never asked if I could pay cash. I even asked my healthcare provider to call which they did while I was on the line she had the receptionist tell hershe would not take the call. Why have yourself listed as a provider if you don't want to have people try to make appts especially when you are not feeling well.

No one returns calls as they say they will and they just leave patients hanging without care. What happened to the oath doctors take (the Hippocratic Oath) that outlines their responsibilities to patients? Whether it be the classic Oath or the revised Oath, seems those at ENT Hearing Associates of Florida have either forgotten or did not take the Oath. I am saddened and appalled at the state of medical affairs there!

I saw the dr himself on first visit-put on steroids and antibiotics and then turned over to HIS PA, (and I continued paying for a dr.)without knowing exactly what was being dealt with and 5 visits later, while different ear drops were used, a CT scan being performed- 4 months later-I still had problems. They weren't getting to the root of the problem and we're not treating me correctly. I had to change the doctor only to find out (after he took cultures and send in to lab)- when I was made aware of the real problem. I found out that I was being treated incorrectly and placed on the wrong meds.( confirmed by lab results) If you need to go there-insist on seeing the dr, himself. don't rely soley on a PA. insist on seeing only the Doctor especially since you're paying for one

I had surgery conducted by Dr Lanza brought on as a 9/11 rescue team member. He recently conducted surgery on my wife in order to clear her sinuses and reduce migraines. Shes doing fantastic. He was there for every question no matter how serious or how silly. I would trust my life, my wife, and my sons lives in his hands any day. He has a great bedside manner, easy to talk to and empathetic to our needs and concerns.
