They abuse and exploit the non-profit tax code for grants, and again, for the sake of profit. Profit is their final goal. Not breaking even, but making a profit off the backs of those who cannot take care of themselves. I believe they truly believe their "no one goes hungry," slogan, however, if it were true, then if you're unable to pay, they wouldn't discontinue your meals and let you go hungry. They would find away to make sure no one in this community goes hungry. When a senior is unable to afford and/or cook their own meals, why would you cut them off? Cruel.

The guys worked for about an hour and a half and I was told that they would return the next day to finish the job. I was not around on the second day but when I did return to the house, I noticed that everything from the previous day still remained in my garage and they had only removed the tv and two other items. I called in to someone named Nick who proceeded to tell me that they removed everything I was quoted for and that it would cost me another charge to remove the rest. So not only did the $884 cover what they told me it would, I was charged an additional $550 for a tv, old wooden wheel barrow, and a small shredder! What a scam. I stood there with one of the workers, Chad or Jason, and clearly explained and showed what needed to go and agreed to their price. Unfortunately for me, I paid them for everything on the first day so it was really easy to rip me off. I would caution anyone using this company to ask to see all of their photos before agreeing to anything. The people who come out to quote the work take pics and must send them in to their boss. They then use those pics to prove what they took. Never was I shown any photos but all I heard from Nick was that they took everything in the pics. So even though I said to take EVERYTHING as I showed these guys what I wanted done, the pics they took apparently only matched up to about 1/2 of the actual items. I guess it's a pretty good scam as long as you can get people paying up front. My bad for being such a sucker.
