She told me to call an ENT. Less than a 5 minute consultation and she was out the door. No printed instructions, no help. I called the ENT, they can't see me for 2 weeks. With insurance, I had to pay a copay of $100. When I was called, I was seen by a physicians assistant. She took my blood pressure, gave me a Covid test, then told me I most likely have a viral infection. Despite that, she prescribed me a strong antibiotic even though antibiotics don't treat viruses. I took the prescription anyway to prevent my symptoms from worsening, but my cough only worsened and turned into bronchitis. Then, I received the bill. Before insurance, the bill came to almost $700. My portion after insurance was another $100 on top of the copay. In what world does it cost $200 after insurance for a Covid test and a bad prescription? I'd recommend everyone to save their time and run as far away from Care Now as possible.

The front waiting area is little small, so you can't really do much social distancing in the seating area. We did the 15 mins rapid test. The staff were always very friendly and attentive. The doctors took time to answer all my questions. Really appreciate and liked their services! I was completely shocked after visiting another instacare being told to wait out the viral infection on day 2 of being sick. I'm so glad I went for a 2nd opinion. This was day 12 & I felt hopeless and fearful I was just going to be told to wait it out. Thank God for Dr Peterson taking all this away & giving me the care I so desperately needed. I feel super blessed and lucky to have walked in there & to find a Dr specializing in sore throats. He said I had bad luck because he only sees this maybe twice a year. But I also think I had good luck to get him as my Dr today. I can't thank you enough Dr Peterson for my experience today & for my future health. I'm so grateful. Also shout out to Nurse Taylor S. She checked me in & was super friendly & most importantly caring. That was our first sign that we were going to have good care. My daughter cried her eyes out for an hour in the waiting room, we got brought back to see the dr, we've been waiting for 2 1/2 hrs. The wait time is ridiculous. We ended up waiting 3hrs almost 4hrs and all they said was sorry we had to call in another Dr we had a ton of Emergencies, meanwhile my daughter was in pain, puking and other parents were asking us if the dr had seen us. the tip of the iceberg was they "miss placed" the prescription so when I came to pick it up it was not in their system. I had to wait another 20min on the phone in Walmart just to ask the nurse to resend the prescription order through. Zero star. We did not feel taken care of at a hospital.
