This has got to be the absolute worst Customer Service I have ever seen and I am appalled and disgusted with the way I have been treated by their team and their company. I can guarantee that I will not only never shop at Mondou ever again, but I will also encourage all to go to Safari where I have been treated with respect and been shipped the very next day items for my pets.
