She is so well behaved, her eyes are so adorable, they just simply steal your heart. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They are super knowledgeable about every single products. You can see their love and passion towards animals. What's so best about this boutique when you can buy supplies for your pets from Walmart or Canadian Tire or somewhere else... For example, the food for my cats that I buy are biological and they are easy on their digestive system. The liter that I get is odor locked...after my cats' business done, the surrounding of liter box do not smell. These are my main products that I purchase almost every month and half. It's so amazing how the products last so long. I will be honest, the products are slightly expensive, but for the health and love of your pets, it's worth it. This isn't a shop that was built for the sole purpose of turning a buck, but because they are truly passionate about their product. I learn new things about my pet all the time by visiting here. Second, just as they care about their animals, they care about their customers. I have a crazy life; I'm frequently (see: weekly) being sent out of country for work, to include overseas, and Pawse has been there for me every step of the way. Their delivery service is an absolute life-saver for our family. Finally, their pricing. I upgraded my food by coming here, and still save money week after week. They're definitely not giving anything away, but they're also not being beat out in regards to price by anywhere else in Montreal. This is truly a one-stop-shop. 10/10. Thanks Pawse.

They have an amazing African Grey named Nika which fell in love with my bf and vice versa: they became best pals and she made it clear I was not welcome in the mix lol, but she was absolutely adorable with my bf! As all Safaris this one too is quite overpriced but they have a wide selection of all pet related items too, which sometimes have pretty decent sale prices. The second floor boasts a children's pirate-theme reservable party room (big enough for at least 16 kids i would guess), my guess is that it's probably expensove but I'm considering it for my niece n nephew one year... I always try n check this place out when I'm here just because of how nice it is...like going to a free mini biodome!

They house their leopard geckos all together in one small terrarium with the wrong substrate, 2 hides, a water bowl and mealworm bowl. There are on average usually 10-12 Leopard Geckos in that single terrarium, ranging from babies to juveniles. They were literally sleeping / standing on each other because the two hides weren't enough for so many, and the paper towel in one of the hides was soaked with feces and pee. The situation for their leopard geckos seems to be the norm for most of their reptiles, apart from the snakes. I did not see a single lizard / gecko species in a terrarium that either didn't suit their needs or was overcrowded. The indoor decor is beautiful, but very dusty. We came across Pattes et Griffes on Mont-Royal which is another chain pet store like Mondou. They had a LOT of merchandise in this location so it was quite right, and there was also a LOT of people so it was even tighter. COVID wise this was a bit of a concern but at the same time it's an essential service and I appreciate that people are so supportive of their pets and a pet store. The five stars comes from the exceptional service we received from the folks working there. They heard us taking about our cat needing a harness and they immediately pointed us to the right direction. When they saw we needed help, they came to us and helped. They even let Kimchi try on the harnesses for sizing! They were honestly so nice and we really appreciated their time. Overall, a great experience in this pet store.
