A great place for a quick pit stop for those workout refueling needs. This Nutrishop isn't huge, but it has the essentials; Amino acids, super greens smoothie mix, and a ton of other supplements and vitamins for every person's lifestyle. There's also a small selection of workout clothes and blender bottles for shakes. I'm fairly new to the supplement game, but I've been going with BCAAs for my cardio and weight training. Staff does not wear masks at any times. I have visited twice now and the same staff members are not masked, and upon me requesting they do so, they rolled their eyes and scoffed. To make matters worse they also don't require other customers to wear masks and interact with them well within 6 feet. I waked in yesterday and Nick greeted my brother and I with a super upbeat attitude and a smile on his face. I've been working out with a personal trainer and I'm having trouble with my protein goals so I went in hoping to find some protein (non-vanilla flavored) that was much tastier and we scored! He hooked us up with some shakers and sampled a couple different things. The chocolate peanut butter from the Forza Pro line was decadent and tasted like the real deal! I will be buying this when I come back from my trip. The pink lemonade flavor from Stance tasted like a tropical drink but without all the guilt! Good to help keep your metabolism up! The third coolest thing about this place is their InBody machine which is completely free to use! It tracks everything: weight, skeletal muscle mass, external and internal water levels, visceral fat etc. if you want to track your progress I'd come in at least once a week to make sure your hitting your goals. Before I test once a week, I stop eating between 3-6 pm, make sure all your jewelry is off, take your socks and shoes off and let the machine go to work.
