I like Sprouts for the variety of products so I always give it a five star review. However, today I paid $10 for an Sprout Acai Berry smoothie and was astonished to find that it was so thick that it would only come out of the bottle in big blobs, dribs and drabs. OK, I add water and stir with a spoon but the smoothie is not so smooth that it mixes easily with water. I am clearly not going to buy another Sprout smoothie because there is definitely an issue with quality control here. Buy The Sambazon Acai Superfruit Juice instead which is probably the best fruit juice in the market today! read more

I figured I'd save myself a trip the next day, and stop by the nearest Sprouts after work, which was this one. The place was fairly busy when I arrived, and this one has a different feel to it than some of the other Sprouts I've been to. The aisles were arranged differently than the other ones I've been to, but, I found everything I was looking for. The place is lit brightly, and, there's pleasant music playing. Their Service Deli is part of one big Food Service station that also encompasses a cheese section, and a prepped food section. They also have a place to sit down and eat! My cashier was friendly, and, the cashier from the cashier stand behind her jumped in to bag my items, carefully placing the lighter items on top of the eggs I bought into one bag, and everything else into the other, all packed neatly. She was just as sweet as the cashier who rang me up. I was thanked, and sent on my way with a Have a Great Day! I normally go through the Self Checkout stands, but this location didn't have them, but, no big deal. I had a pleasant experience here, and, I'll be sure to stop by again! read more

Yes One Star! Not a typo but this is the other end of the spectrum vs the previous 5 star Sprouts review for the store in Fontana which precedes this write up. This review is strictly for the deli. Sunday 08/24/2025 3:20 pm - I just finished a crazy and heavy workout and was craving a sandwich. So I stood in line and waited to order a veggie sandwich. I met Annalilea who did not look very happy. She picked up the order sheet and immediately stated , " I can't read what this is." So I politely stated some extra tomatoes, onions, mustard and pickles please. She seemed really angry and started to assemble the order. She put on two slices of tomato and a teeny bit of mustard. I was very gentle and requested " a little more tomato and mustard". She did do so but kept shaking her head. I was just very amused. When I asked for the pickles she lost it, " This is not Subway. Go to Subway and pay $10, OK!" I thanked her and her co worker John who looked embarrassed but definitely was terrified and visibly shit scared of her and left. I did not want to bother with the Manager or this store. This is the first time I have had this experience at Sprouts in Ca, Va, Fl, Ga or Nv. read more

It's a supermarket on the order of a smaller Whole Foods or a larger Trader Joe's. It has a variety of known brands & not so well known companies. A reasonable diversity of choices; my wife especially likes their fresh fruits & veggies. It has prepared meals for 1 or 2 people that are tasty & filling. I like their selection of freshly cut cold cuts & a wide variety of serve yourself chocolates, nuts & goodies. A little more expensive than Ralph's or Stater Brothers but not as expensive as Pavilions. We go there often along with the other mentioned stores. read more

I come here on the daily and often find the co-worker friendly and very much ready to help. I find myself wondering around for the my drink I couldn't find it and had the need for my matcha kombucha drink, which happens to be out at my other store I biybit from. I'm glad that the co-worker was happy to check the back to see if any more were in stock. I was satisfied coming here. The place is spacious and big one can get lost I say! This is one of the best PRICED organic grocery store. A whole seeded organic watermelon that was massive was $7.99. I cut that bad boy into 3 different sections for the family. At a different store rhyming with Malphs hahaha that would have been at least $14.99. The gentlemen behind the meat department was so helpful. He was nice. He gave great recommendations. Sandwiches here are a great deal. The service is 50/50 sometimes fast sometimes slow but what irritates me is if I was next for my sandwich order how all sudden the employee will have a person walk up to them ask for some on the other side and assist them when I was next for my order. So rude, so unprofessional , and not common sense in customer service when you are also cross contaminating. I had to tell the worker why did you help that person when you were already making my sandwiches, let alone gloves not swapped out? To be honest, I found this Sprouts by surprise lol. I gassed up at the shell almost next to it and decided to drive through that plaza just to see what was around. I usually try to avoid this area by El Toro Rd and the I-5 because seems to always be busy. Great surprise though. Found a Sprouts. One of my favorite weekly grocery store. And they also had my favorite chips "Boulder Canyon Avocado Oil Jalapeño," with a side of guacamole, it's fire! Store was nice and clean. Seemed a bit bigger that's the one in Mission Viejo or the one in Anaheim Hills. Store is very well maintained. Lots of parking. Cashier was very kind and welcoming! read more

I was walking into the store as an employee was walking out and I asked which direction the restroom was. She kindly pointed and gave me a code. As she saw me struggle to remember the code, she walked back into the store with me and put the code in for me. The whole time I was shopping I kept thinking about what amazing customer service she showed. The women's restroom was absolutely disgusting. The baby changing table hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, the paper towels and soap were all out, paper all over floor, and feces on the floor. May 2 2026 Personally I like Sprout because its wonderful variety of interesting products. But I do have a question about service. For example, I joined a line with a new cashier only to be told as the second person to arrive that the line was emphatically closed! Also I am angry about being told paper bags are only for delivery operations, not in store customers (who should pay more for cloth bags!). Let me explain: some customers want paper bags because they hold up the draw string plastic bags that eventually go in the garbage bins while they are being filled. Cloth bags don't do that. Customers do have a good reason for wanting paper bags! You should have seen the staff in denial about whether they have ever given paper bags to customers! But of course they do if you ask them "Do you have paper bags?" I have done it before and thank you for treating me like someone who doesn't understand the rules! The rule is simple: try not to make the customer angry! read more

I called this location at 1:04pm today asking for product availability in the frozen section and was left on hold for 22 minutes. I was driving in the direction of the store and hoped to save a trip if they didn't have what I was looking for. I figured I would just stay on hold until they got back to me, and ended up driving to the store, going inside and learned they were out of the product I was looking for no one picked up the phone until I had finished checking out. When I was inside this sprouts location, there were plenty of associates standing around. Certainly, someone could have picked up my phone call and checked for me. I was looking for the ice cream for bears, vanilla flavor. This location was out of it two weeks ago the last time I came here. Out of all their locations this location has the worst customer service and seems like they do not restock because they are always out of items. Went there shopping with my family spent over $200 and unfortunately I forgot to purchase water. So we walked towards another cashier named Matt and asked him if we could purchase some water. He rudely replied go head and when I was trying to pay for it he accused me of trying to walk out with the groceries that we just paid. He was demanding to see our recipe and even when I showed him the receipt he was not satisfied. He embarrassed my family and I in front of customers and tried to bully us. Extremely unprofessional behavior and it's obvious that the management doesn't care about this store because not only they provide horrible customer service but they do not seem to care about the store in general.
