Somehow, the Aliso Viejo Vitamin Shoppe did not get the memo. The elderly lady who works there seemed most interested in finding different ways of telling "no" or "I can't help you." I came in with a return that my wife left me, with a brief note on a sticky, that said, "Return to the Vitamin Shoppe" on it. Instead of finding a way of helping, this lady would not stop pointing out reasons why she couldn't help me. She pointed out the packaging, the date on the shipping envelope, assumed that a random 3 digit number was the date of purchase, which it wasn't, and said that I had kept the vitamins for over a year. In fact, whenever I had a question or an answer to her comments, she wouldn't stop telling me why her answer was "No." I finally left the store. I have no idea what the actual reason was, but I learned quite a bit. Mainly, don't assume because you are paying higher prices in a smaller store, that you can expect better service. Apparently the opposite is true. No Thanks to the Vitamin Shoppe in Aliso Viejo!

It's an Herbalife shop. Watch the Betting on Zero documentary on Netflix and you will see what kind of shop it is. Super shady, they make it look like it's just a regular smoothie place and kind of hide the fact that it's Herbalife. I actually think it's illegal. read more

You can do weekly plans which brings the price down a bit but you also can just order when you need or want it, no contract. Their pricing is also really good compared to other places I have tried.

It is convenient to have the staff fill up my water jugs. They take care in what they do. They will wrap the sprouts and put plastic underneath to keep it from leaking in your car. Before they fill up the water jugs they will sterilize and rinse your jugs. I know that the water I am getting here is well filtered and taken cared of. Unlike usual water stores where you have to do everything yourself and the water they have usually do not sterilize your jugs. Choose Wateria for your go-to water needs!
