My smoothie was really good. This was my first visit there, no one greeted me when I walked in.. the young gentleman behind the counter asked me if I was looking for the menu... then said it was around the corner. I felt like I was interrupting the three people behind the counters conversation. After I ordered my smoothie, no one told me that it would be at the end of the counter on the other side.. I stood around feeling like I was unconvincing them until someone said that it was sitting down at the end of the counter..no one said thanks for coming in or anything. I just grabbed my Smoothie and walked out the door. My three stars are only because the shop seemed clean and my smoothie was good... customer service was seriously lacking. read more

This place has it all for the health addict in you. From protein powders to BCAAs. High protein snacks to pre-workouts. They have it all! They craft delicious smoothies that are packed protein. You can also add ingredients to your smoothie like creatine, MCT oil, Coconut oil, additional protein literally almost anything. They also have Green smoothies and Protein coffee. If you haven't been in one you will love it. I visited this location on Saturday for the first time and was blown away! You have to check them out. Staff was super friendly and although they were busy, got my protein smoothie out within 5 minutes. Cookies and cream is great!

I actually went to the one on Edgewood Rd, but it's all the same. Great smoothies (highly recommend the peanut butter blaster or cookie dough). The wraps are also very tasty and reasonably priced. The service is fast, and they are always very friend and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of supplements to fit anyone's needs! read more

The products and food is really good but customer service is terrible. You are ignored the minute you walk in till the second you leave. I have never been asked if I needed help . The most any person who works there has ever said to me was "is that It?" and "your total is". I would just recommend bodybuilding.com till they fix the customer service issue. Good smoothies and great options but like the rest of the reviews state the customer service is not good. Every time I've been in there they are having a drama filled convo and they don't end it when they go to take you order. They don't wear masks or gloves and there is always at least three employees crowded behind the counter, yikes. Edgewood road location is a lot better in terms of customer service. read more

Good smoothie and have decent food however the customer service is terrible at best. Everything is rushed in and out and onto the next person without a pleasant greeting or interaction with the customer. Very disappointed because customer service is very important part of the experience. I can definitely do without the snotty looks, the look as if I have inconvenienced someone. read more

The smoothies are great, I haven't tried the food, but have been told that is also. The three stars are for the customer service. A couple of the girls that work there, act like you are an inconvenience to their day by ordering a smoothie. They aren't friendly, they don't say thank you. Many times I've gone in there, I've had to wait for them to finish their personal conversation before they would take my order. Very friendly service and great food. I recommend the Cordon Bleu wrap! Even though it's not on the menu anymore, they will make it upon request. You can't go wrong with the Berries and Cream Smoothie either. read more
