There are some options to customize but it will mostly come as is. Bec is super friendly and easy to contact. I simply ask her if we can make a modification if needed and go from there. I love it! This is my third home meal delivery service that I have tried and definitely my favorite! The food is absolutely delicious. I order the larger portion size with the low carb option. The food is fresh and flavorful, and while you can tell that it is healthy, it doesn't taste "too healthy" like some of the other "healthy options" can. I was hesitant to join sooner because it is a weekly subscription and sometimes I leave town. The company is extremely accommodating, though.
