Over the years, I personally referred more than three customers who went on to purchase packages worth hundreds of dollars. I also supported their business during COVID when they relocated to a medical center. When I recently considered purchasing another package, I was offered the exact same discount that is available to everyone else--and essentially the same discount I was offered 10 years ago. After a decade of loyalty and bringing new customers to the business, I expected at least some acknowledgment or appreciation for that support. Unfortunately, loyalty clearly doesn't seem to mean much here. To make matters worse, I no longer feel that the services justify continuing to spend my money there. Many of their facial services are very basic, and a large portion of what they offer is also regularly available through Groupon. It's disappointing because I genuinely supported this business and recommended it to others for years. But customer loyalty should go both ways. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and will no longer be referring friends, family, or anyone else to this establishment.

They put 1 unit above one eyebrow to even out the eyebrow raise. 2nd visit was offered a water, and then I consulted with the first lady about my questions, then my nurse injector came in with a student (or trainee), and she was super informative as well. Being involved with health, fitness and aesthetics virtually my entire life (both personally and professionally) I never knew you could achieve such fantastic results so easily, quickly and painlessly. I essentially thought, like most everything, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Well, this time, it was not only true, but for me, it delivered so much more! I not only lost 3&1/4" on my first UltraSlim treatment, I also felt amazingly refreshed with so much more energy! The day after receiving my first lymphatic drainage treatment, I couldn't wait to get outside again. I walked briskly for three miles and felt on top of the world. In addition, to how kind, knowledgeable and professional Diane and Judit were, I too was impressed with their professionalism in consultation as well as their taking note on exactly what would be best for me individually. Of course, they listen and tailor your plan to what your needs, wants and goals are, but in my case they also knew by my electronic numbers that after one or two fat loss treatments I should switch to skin tightening and stop with the fat loss as that would put me into a lower end of the desirable percentages for BMI and Body Fat for a woman of my age and size and I thought that was very admirable because I understand that many women still may want to go further with fat loss and perhaps that's fine for them, but these professionals are sure to give you forthright, informed decisions for you to make. I chose skin tightening and I'm already seeing fantastic results! Diane is so sweet and knowledgeable and you will be cared for very well. This place is the real deal! I've never been so excited about getting my life back and starting new things like Pickleball, and doing more socializing, and it's given me the motivation to get out more and take better care of myself all around. I did receive benefits of body contouring with a reduction in waist, thigh and knee circumference, and a small reduction in the belly circumference. Although it took longer than I expected it to take, I did reach my targeted goal in inches lost overall. For years I have suffered from osteoarthritis and as a result I had a lot of inflammation in my knees and had accepted that I would have to live with it. It was not what I went to body controuz for, but in my initial consultation it was suggested that my knees should be a targeted area because it would help with the inflammation. I was skeptical, but thought it would be worth a try. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with how much it did reduce the inflammation in my knees. I always thought that my knees were unattractive, but my knees now look "normal" because the inflammation has been reduced so significantly. No doubt I had inflammation in my back also due to my arthritis, because I had constant back pain. I no longer have that constant pain and if I do have pain it is only slight and goes away quickly, so I am convinced that it helped with that also. I should mention that I did lose the folds in my back. All of these things were in my opinion an added benefit to the results I received from Body Contourz. While I still have a little bit of a belly, my waist line is much smaller and I have better shaped legs. There are no more folds in my back and the constant pain has practically diminished. I am very pleased with all of these results. Meeting Karen was like the "icing on the cake" for me. She is so sweet and very knowledgeable, and she maintains a professionalism that I do appreciate. As long as you have realistic expectations and combine it with a healthy lifestyle I would say that you will have optimal results. If I had to do it again, I would. read more

Due to a hectic schedule and then having to quarantine shortly after my 1st appointment I couldn't believe how easy Bryanna made it to cancel and reschedule a bunch of times and stilllll is always excited to see me. Today was my first UltraSlim treatment at Body Contourz, Costa Mesa location. Nina was my first point of contact. Nina and I hit it off right from the start!! I was feeling a little nervous when I came in just because I wasn't sure what to expect. Sometimes, you're never sure if someone is going to be strictly business. Nina is so much fun and we laughed, a lot! Kathy is the absolute sweetest. She came in to do my body measurements and got me set up for my first treatment. The technicians, Gina and Leanne are both pros who have alot of experience with the procedures and machines. I like this practice because it has alot of the higher-end technology that many places do not have and the people are truly terrific. By the second appointment, everyone in the practice knew my name and they were also helpful and flexible in me coming in-between procedures for extra help. It's also more reasonably priced that most places that have the same services. Gina is awesome. She's seen alot and gives you honest advice about any question you throw her way. No-one here is trying to sell you on anything but just generally be of help. For anyone skeptical about fat reduction treatments, Vanquish works and does the job well. After three appointments I already lost an inch around my midsection. After a few years with a large midsection due to hormone imbalances, Covid and other factors, it was self-affirming to see signs of my old body coming back. My clothes fit much better. I do feel more confident, which I did not necessarily expect. I think this can be a great option for anyone looking to boost their progress from a healthy diet or exercise program or anyone wanting to look and feel their best after babies, surgeries or for any reason.
