So my issue with this place is I brought up that fact they have Superdrol prices at $69.99 for a 60 count tab but they sale the 42 count in place for that and still charging $69.99 for 42 which is crazy. I normally shop at the spring location and they have it priced accordingly. This is the 3rd time I've brought this up to them and it baffles me that they don't correct it . So five weeks ago I purchased a Keto cereal from here and I didn't find it particularly pleasing. The next day on my way into the gym I stopped by to see if I could exchange it or get a refund and I was told by one employee I couldn't get a refund but I could get in store credit, cool I said. Next day I come in the store different employee, but initially he said the same thing, that I may trade it for in-store credit, but after asking how that system worked he said "oh wait this bag is open, we can't do anything for you" I explained to him the other guy knew it was open and he said it was cool and he simply said "well he's new he was mistaken", simply said ok and left. Edited from 2 to 1 star. 1. One bowl... 2. I didn't want a refund I was told in-store credit. 3. I was informed due to it being opened I couldn't exchanged it, if the wording had been "you've consumed to much we can't refund/in store credit you" that would've been understandable, but that's not what happened. read more

Anytime I need vitamins I try and find a Nutrition Depot...this Kingwood location is perfect for me...I'm not a gym rat...but there is a Golds Gym directly next door...Nutrition Depot always have exactly what I need to get me going...and the prices are very reasonable...the staff are always up to date on the latest products...and the knowledge that they possess will steer you in the right direction...I don't know if they do it all the time...but every time I make a purchase...they always give me a little sample of the latest and greatest product...this location is well worth the extra little drive I have to take...so I highly recommend visiting this...or any Nutrition Depot in your area read more

With all the supplements out there it is a bit overwhelming and hard to choose the right one for your goals, they can help you find the right product for you. Other supplement stores I have gone to have just tried to sell me the most expensive thing they have on the shelves, Ryan, Amanda and their staff have always steered me to the right product, not the price tag. This place is awesome. I took the recommendation of an old neighbor and went here. The staff was very polite and had great suggestions. I said I wanted a protein shake that wasn't a variant of chocolate or vanilla, and she pointed me right to the one she thought I would tire of the least. I walked in and there were 6 customers. To me this is pretty busy. But she took the time to listen to what I wanted and help the others in there. There was a person who was a royal jerk asking if they wanted to sell shirts. She was even polite to this person. There were a fee regulars that walked in and out and the staff knew them all. Overall it's a great place. I'm not sure what the previous reviewer ran into bit they should probably run by again and check it out again. read more

This is the worst location I've ever been to. The salesman was a jerk and wasn't knowledgeable about the products they had in the store nor their location. I love nutrition depot...I've been going to the Woodlands and Spring locations for years and never had this problem. They were always knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction...different story at the Kingwood location. It was a feat just to get this guy to get up from his seat and help me; I was the only other person in the store! Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location if I can help it. read more
