He was really nice, explained everything that was going to happen and then he said something that made my day! "We are not going to use a needle to numb you, we are going to use a gel to numb your gums" WHAT???? Was I hearing correctly??? They made the scheduling process easy and continued to provide excellent customer service when I arrived for my appointment. The office has parking in a garage, which can be a little tricky to find the first time, but there is plenty of garage parking as well as street parking nearby. I was greeted immediately, the wait was minimal, and the office was exceptionally clean with a comfortable reception area. My dental hygienist, Polo, was outstanding. He was thorough, thoughtful, professional, and took the time to explain everything. The office uses modern technology, including digital X-rays taken right at the chair with the images displayed on a monitor so you can see everything in real time and ensure they are accurate. It takes a lot for me to write a review for a dental office, but this experience exceeded my expectations. This was a year ago. I've been back about three times since then to repair a detached crown and another filling on one of my molars. Each visit has been just as comforting as my first visit. The office layout is cozy and calming; the reception/waiting area is on the first floor, and the dental work is all done on the second floor. I felt like I was at home. The staff made me feel so comfortable, and I love that there's a cool rock vibe with the music. I've always been one to avoid the Dentist, for obvious reasons. But, I've only had positive experiences with Grove Smiles, and this is why Dr. Dargham will remain my favorite dentist of all time!
