This assassination of character could not be further from the truth. In my ten years on the Villas Board, RPM provided the best service the villas have ever received. RPM did exactly what the Board agreed to in the 2023/2024 budget meetings. They quoted for landscaping service of the villas with a total price of $13K. The Board agreed to level load the cost over 12 months to ease the burden on the association and invoiced RPM monthly. When the subsidiary company did not perform, RPM immediately took measures to rectify the situation. The owner who wrote the negative review is disgruntled over the Board imposing a $25 fine for his refusal to remove a dumpster after 2 years. He has been causing issues for the Board and homeowners since. It is unfortunate he chooses a public platform to attack the character of the owner of RPM. His sentiments are not in line with the other members of the Board. Our apologies for his indiscretion.
