From my very first call I knew this was the place I wanted to cater my wedding. Jessica was so nice and helpful and went out of her way to accommodate our busy work schedules. We picked what interested us on the menu and set up the tasting. When we arrived we were greeted with friendly faces and shown to our seats. That's when we met Jessica and Chef Nate face to face. They went over all of the menu items with us and showed us the different packages we could come up with (all for a GREAT PRICE I might add). We were served our meal composed of the things that's we had been interested in previously. EVERYTHING was delicious. The meat was so tender, the potatoes were creamy and very flavorful, and the chicken was moist, well seasoned, and the filling was so colorful. The salsa and bbq sauce, that chef makes himself, was an awesome add on to the meat. We set the menu and went from there. A few days later we called because we ended up wanting to change the stuffed chicken to chicken Marsala. They said no problem and wanted us to come in and try it to make sure it was 100% what we wanted. What amazing customer service! A few days later we went in and confirmed the Marsala was the way to go. Over the months planning our event they were very helpful. Whenever we called to make a payment they were so courteous and always made sure to send receipts and updated contracts along the way. We also decided to rent the plates, utensils, and glassware from them, and let me just say it was a HUGE deal compared to the venue and some of the big rental facilities in town. Fast forward to the 2 weeks before the wedding, we met again, confirmed the menu, and went over the timeline thoroughly, they were always there to help. The day of the wedding we were happy to see them, and our guests were ecstatic to see the food. To start We had decided on the Italian stuffed mushrooms (very flavorful), mango chicken skewers (many guests said it was the best appetizer they have ever had-EVER), bacon wrapped dates (people were fighting over them), and the artisanal meat and cheeses (the set up was beautiful, diverse, and delicious). For dinner it was the Tri-tip (meat just as tender as before), chicken Marsala (the mushroom gravy was rich and decadent), garlic whipped mashed potatoes (creamy, and the garlic flavor was abundant but not overpowering), heirloom carrots (roasted perfectly and the colors were great), and a green salad. A hush fell over the reception as people gorged themselves. Our guests have been talking about the food for days. To top it off the servers were AMAZING. They were so helpful, pleasant, and on it I could not ask for a better waitstaff. They completed the wonderful experience. If I ever have another event I will only use NV Catering. read more

Hired NV (Nate) to cater my daughters wedding. Nate was easy to talk to and listened to all of our needs and wants. He made good recommendations as we went through our ideas. When the wedding day came, Nate and his team just put their heads down and went to work. The outcome was excellent. The guests were very happy with the food and kept telling me how good it tasted. During the wedding as being the father of the bride I was a bit of a mess and did not have too much of an appetite. However, I made it a point to try the food in order to see what the guests were talking about. I tried the food (tri tip, chicken both on the bbq grill) and it was delicious. The meat was cooked to perfection and the chicken was moist and juicy. I was so happy with these guys. They were all professional and courteous to our guests. Had lunch here today, my first visit. The food was terrific. At the table we had a bacon cheeseburger, juevos rancheros, and a tri tip salad. They were all great. The menu was appropriately priced. The staff was really friendly. The only drawback, it was freezing in the building. Several people asked the staff about it. Called in a lunch order for a bacon cheeseburger, potato salad and a cherry coke. The burger was great but my only complaint was that the bun was too large. I probably threw away about a quarter of the bun. The potato salad was not your typical potato salad but more like lumpy mashed potatoes with black olives, diced pickles or relish and some spices. Went to safelight to get my windshield replacement had a good wait no other ride went to spin some poke stops and followed my nose across to this place a hidden gem in my backyard I would have never know otherwise. I totally recomend this place I got the western tri-tip sandwich, and my wife got the fan favorite. We both love the atmosphere with the modern industrial look. The prices are fair and the food is amazing I can't eat on one side of my mouth and the sandwich was so easy to eat and jam packed with flavor, my wife came out so soft she finished her plate. Where do I start, Nate and Jessica are such a dynamic duo. I started to plan my wedding last year in February of 2017. I searched high and low for a caterer who would work with our budget. I found a caterer who we hired (not NV catering) for our wedding. Their food was ok and I was not so happy with my package options. The owner from the caterer we booked with said "for what you want to spend, we aren't able to give you what you REALLY want" So I settled (never ever settle)with the package because that's "what I could afford". My wedding date was April 14, 2018 and around February of 2018, I called NV catering because EVERYONE was talking so highly about them. I schedule an appointment for a taste testing ( which my husband was not able to make) the food was OMG delicious. The best food I had aside from my father in laws. Needless to say my tastebuds were screaming with excitement. Nate was so professional when going over the different package options they had and he explained everything very thoroughly. I felt like I was sitting with a family member having a conversation over Sunday dinner. I did not book with NV catering right away because I wanted my husband to taste the food. Nate was so generous to offer another food tasting so that my husband could have the same experience as I did. Once my husband tasted the food, I could see, I made the BEST decision possible calling NV catering. My husband (fiancé at the time) could not stop closing his eyes while taking bites of his food saying "omg, hands down the food food I've ever tasted". I was not even mad that he blatantly downgraded MY cooking lol After that taste testing I knew I wanted to book with NV catering but I was also a lil nervous because I heard they were very pricey. I gave Nate my budget for catering and he made it work. The first caterer I booked with was the SAME amount as NV catering and with Nate and Jessica, I hit the jackpot!! Not only did I get exceptional food. I had an amazing team who helped me at my wedding. Brenna and her team were so helpful and accommodating my guest during my wedding.
