I don't have enough nice things to say about Victor at NV Wraps! We brought our camper van to him to replace some of the wrap due to sun damage. Victor found some rust under the wrap midway through the job and advised us to get it fixed before finishing. It took us a couple of weeks but Victor deferred payment until we brought it back. The damage ended up being worse than we thought and we had to remove more wrap. Victor did a rush order for more material and rearranged his schedule to squeeze us in in order to finish the work before our vacation. Victor was very responsive, professional, and the work he did was perfect. His extra efforts to make sure we didn't have to take a partially wrapped van on vacation exceeded our expectations. This shop is garbage. Their vehicles wraps have Seems because they don't know how to wrap correctly. When you have a car 1 month and the wrap starts pealing and you ask the owner to fix it he says ok will never schedule you I. To the point you move on. How in the hell do you put se ma in high visibility areas and even think it's ok?????!!!!!! They also use pieces from other wraps or areas to fill in hence the horrible seems. He was flexibke to the time as well, my schedules usually busy but he squeezed in a 6am appointment for me. (No other business would do that) hes also more affordable than competitors and he does a good job as well, top quality work. All in all great product great service and affordable price. Thanks Vic! If I could give 0 reviews I would. What a flake. I made an appt 3 weeks ago to have stripes removed and replaced on my car today. I texted him Thursday as he had said he would text me a couple days before to remind me. No response. So I called him yesterday morning (Friday) and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. Then he said "Oh, you are the guy with the green car." I said yes he said I'll call you back in 15 mins. I waited an hour, no call so I called him. No answer but he did call back. He said I have bad news I can't do it tomorrow I have other customers. I said I have been waiting 3 weeks and have a show Sunday. He said ok I'll do you but have to make a few phone calls. I'll call you back in about 2 hours he said. I will do it for sure tomorrow. I haven't heard from him since. He is disrespectful, rude and inconsiderate. I wouldn't let him stripe my bicycle. I would highly recommend everyone take their business elsewhere instead of giving this flake your hard earned money. read more

Unfortunately I wasn't able to get my car wrapped by Victor due to his last minute rescheduling. I'm all about supporting local and small businesses but my experience with him was not good. I original schedule an appointment with him and a day before my appointment he said he couldn't do it because he was still working on someone else's vehicle and was going to continue to working on it the next day. He reschedule for a week out because he said that was the only time available I asked for a sooner appointment because I had already waited 2 weeks. Then when my reschedule day came he text me the afternoon before my appointment and said he couldn't do it because he was having issues with his shop. Granted I know things happen that are out of our control but he didn't even try to reschedule me or apologize for the last minute cancellation. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with him. If you do plan on doing business with him make sure to get a quote from him in writing cause that was another thing about him. We spoke he quoted me a price i kept shopping around and when i touched base with him again he upped the price by $30 from what he originally told me. read more
