I don't understand why I wasn't told that there were no prawns today, to see if I wanted to order something else instead. In retrospect, I should have returned the dish but our server (Beau) was so nice that I just didn't have the heart to do so. I decided to get a to-go container, thinking, I dunno, maybe the butter sauce would season the shrimp and it would taste better in a few hours. I ended up leaving the shrimp behind instead.
