Last year, they told me their tax software had an error, which led to mistakes in my return. This year, they failed to report part of my income, and because of their mistake, my return had to be revised twice. Right before the tax deadline, they told me to apply for an extension and said they would review everything later. But now I can't get in touch with them at all. They say they won't make any more changes to the return. So what--I'm just supposed to submit a return with errors? They don't seem to take responsibility for their mistakes at all. I honestly can't believe I'm paying money just to be stressed out like this!

I recently was contacted by the IRS of unreported income. I was given a deadline to reply, 2/12/24. I reached out to Heidi & dropped off the letter sent to find out what information I could provide to respond. I called several times throughout 3/4 months & not once was I able to get ahold of Heidi. Her reception continued to tell me 'she was busy' 'she has your documents & will get back to you'. I heard this several times. Unfortunately I missed my deadline & have yet to hear back from Heidi. She is negligent & unresponsive. Since this situation I have heard similar stories from multiple previous clients. I also was informed she does not have proper CPA licensing. AVOID THIS MESS AT ALL COST. SERIOUSLY.
